- I left one star and a bad review but chose to take it away. Yes I was going through a nightmare with trying to get my money and for getting some clarification. It took me 6 days of constant contacting the support and no one really helped me and just escalated it and then radio silence.But up until today I started a new chat with Shania on Kassu. I was quite upset and frustrated but she immedately took ownership of the problem showed understanding and compassion to my feelings and made sure she was going to fix the problem once and for all. She contacted the relevant department that the other chat supporters just escalated to directly to require a response on what we could do to solve the problem; and she solved it. Shania on Kassu is a f**king star! I really hope you come to her if you ever need support because then you can be sure that things gets done and on top of that youll get an extremely kind and service minded person.. - Ive been waiting well over a week for a withdrawal to be processed and it is still pending. Everytime I speak to the customer services on the live chat all I get is a generic copied and pasted response about how my withdrawal is been processed/verified by another team and that theyll be in touch via. Email and then Any further enquiries after such message dont get a reply!Edit: Money has been paid out just took longer than usual. Would be happy to use again

- Here I am again. Now I havent been on the site since my last review letting everyone know of all the problems Ive had and the info my bank told me and made me aware about. Im here today to let you guys know that you will receive a random email saying you decided to self band and your account will be lock you will not be able to sign in or anything which to me dont make any sense since I havent tried to be on in a very long time specially when I know they had no intentions on spending my winnings with is 2500 something.
