• I withdrew £500 on the 15th October 10 days later and not received any money via transfer although yesterday they did email and say the payment has been fully processed and should be in my account.They want money but don’t wanna pay out avoid as much as possible

• Johnathan Alan is right.I was really scared and bombarded the poor company with emails I withdrew Tuesday and the money vanished from pending Friday. • Won £400 three days ago still haven’t verified my account so unable to withdraw.UPDATE after along time getting verified I withdrew £500 this also took about 5 days to be accepted but then the money was in my account within 5 hours. I have upgraded my stars from 1 to 3 as I did eventually get money but just takes way to long.

• This casino is a complete scam. I spent £6000 and the 30% that I should have received back in a bonus they only paid £200 in bonuses back into my account. I emailed 5 times over the space of 2 weeks asking why this happened. When they eventually did get back to me they asked how dare I question them and said my account would be permanently closed for daring to ask them question.Please guys avoid these scam artists at all costs. I have the emails and screen shots of deposits to prove this if anyone is interested.Also I have contacted a solicitor about these guys and am starting a legal case against them.

• Total scam artists. Impossible to get paid out. Avoid at them at all costs. Received a call on a mobile saying they had a request from California for a £600 withdrawal and they were Lloyds Bank and that I must give them my IP address immediately. I asked them to prove they were from Lloyds and they couldnt provide anything. Total charlatans.

• *update* I have written off the £500 from mid-September however emailed once more to close my account. They actually responded this afternoon (shocker) “thank for you the email we have you now closed your account” End of an era… I hope they enjoyed my money. Has anyone been paid yet? • Do not play here. I have deposited £200 that turned into £233 4 days later when my account was charged. I won £5000 and went to withdraw £500. It took them a week to validate my documents. I read the terms and conditions and supplied all they asked for. The withdrawal has sat pending for a further week and no movement. If i actually get paid the £500 I will not touch the other £4500 because this Casino will not pay and you are basically running the risk of fraud. Safer going to visa and getting a charge back or simply not playing at all here. Go with a UK licensed Casino
