Really bad customer service
- Really bad customer service. Initially leovegas was great. But now its getting worse. Everytime you make a withdrawal they will ask you for some document even if ur account is verified. And they takes time to clear the verification. They ask you fr sm documents and i am happy to provide them but they just just either take a lot of time or deny it and ask to reupload even if the doc is perfect.Its quite annoying. Everytime I win its like there will be a long discussion just to get the money I won. And then verification should be done at once. Not in bits and pieces. Horrible experience. Never gonna play on this website again.

- Won their own bonus and then a few random slot bonuses thought I was a on roll till it came time to withdraw.. My account suddenly goes from Fully Verified to we need these documents! Sent documents.. Even though UKGC Clearly states they cannot ask for documents upon a withdrawal request! Well they decided to close my account and even told me theyd be taking my funds £9000 gone and they told me never to make account with them again or any of their other sites.. Like why would I when you basically just stole my money?

- I warn everyone against using leo vegas pseudo casinos and the like. They are usually gangs of fraudsters based in tax havens. Their service bureau sued is one big hoax telephones do not work and chalets are rules that are computer-sent to customers often not responding to the question asked. Stupid account verifications but only when you start winning because if you pump money in them and you dont win its all okay. Another absurdity: at which casino do you have to present your bank statements electricity or gas bills?I hope someone will finally make order with these thieves and put it all back.
