Un servizio assistenza pessimo
- Un servizio assistenza pessimo. Ho eseguito un bonifico internazionale. Sono passati oltre 20 giorni è pur telefonando tutti i giorni ricevo risposte improvvisate e contrastanti. Non hanno nessun interesse a quanto sia successo. Mi hanno aperto una pratica altre aperte da me e nonostante mi rassicurano un contatto per informazioni non rispondono per nulla. Un comportamento illecito sulle transazioni ingiustificato. Insistendo con diverse telefonate mi rispondono solo che lesito del bonifico è eseguito ... ma richiamandolo successivamente da eseguito diventa in lavorazione. Una presa per i fondelli.

- Gestiscono si fa per dire le carte di credito Paypal.Mi bloccano la carta per documento scaduto senza avermi avvisato per tempo in modo che potessi porre rimedio Gli scrivo una e-mail e arriva la risposta automatica di usare il form sul sito provo a usare il form sul sito e non rispondono provo a scrivergli sulla pagina facebook e arrivano risposte senza senso da un improbabile automa impostato male; vado nel punto vendita più vicino e il gestore mi dice che lui non da quel servizio; trovo un punto vendita dove mi chiedono 2 euro di commissione e mi costringono a fare almeno 10 euro di ricarica ma almeno aggiornano il documento. Così avrebbe dovuto essere ma è passata una settimana e la carta è ancora bloccata.Servizio veramente pessimo
