AVOID AT ALL COSTS....I joined about 3…
- AVOID AT ALL COSTS....I joined about 3 months ago and deposited various amounts of money with no problem BUT when I tried to withdraw my winnings it took weeks for them to verify my documents then they said you cant withdraw anything less than £150 !!. When I eventually had £153 in winnings and tried to withdraw they started again saying my bank card had not been verified and each time I sent photos in they were rejected. Complete scam

So disappointed
- Something went wrong with my deposit today and I deposited a lot more than intended (not sure what happened if I pressed a wrong button or added a 0 by mistake or else).- I contacted chat straight away and told them that an error happened and I can´t afford that amount and that I need to withdraw it straight away (system didn´t let me). - Chat couldn´t help and forwarded my request to payment team.- Parallel I contacted my bank to stop the money - but it was under pending and they could only stop it when casino agreed not to take it. Otherwise I would have to put in a claim when pending-status finishes which would take a while.- I contacted payment team - and received automated messages to update my verification.- Somebody phoned me to help me with the verification process - I explained my predicament again and he said he has my mails and the notes from the chat.- I finally updated verification ... but I was still not able to withdraw the wrongly deposited amount. Instead I had a note you have an active x3 wager for a deposit.- Meaning: I had to gamble 3 times my deposit and if I was lucky I could try to withdraw my deposit (if there was any left).- I wrote 2 mails to the casino asking them to either confirm they won´t take the money (so I could notify my bank) or to lift this weird active x3 wager. They knew deposit was an error and I just wanted my money back. - No reply!!! As I spent a lot of money in this casino in the past I would have expected a more accommodating service.I am deeply disappointed.UPDATE:Anyway - several hours later now. Still nothing from the casino still this weird active 3x wager-restriction I was still not able to withdraw my deposit. So I tried to wager it 3 times without any luck. Money is gone.I wrote to casino to delete all my details and to close my account for good and just got this as a reply: We received a request that you want to temporarily suspend your game on the site. ... Temporarily is not for good but I just read that another user complained about this as well. Not amused.

- Accepted a bonus turned that bonus into €1726. The bonus was nullified as I had bet over €2 whilst the bet was active. It doesnt tell you that you cant do this only that it doesnt count towards you wagering requirements. BEWARE. THIS A A FRAUDULENT SITE
