- Awful. Phil in customer service is arrogant and if you bring an existing issue to his attention he will simply close the ticket. Had to send supporting documents to confirm account multiple times without success. I tried using the spins and it kept telling me the game was restricted in Canada (which I knew was bs why would you allow Canadians to register then?) I then tried playing other slots to which it also told me that these games were restricted in Canada.
