- Terrible. Allows me to deposit 500 and then immediately blocks my account and goes through a lengthy verification where I cannot use my funds or withdraw them. Not a good experience at all my funds are just sitting in that account still not verified...I ask for an ETA for verification they cannot give me one. They take so long to answer terrible customer service.

- So after using this site for a couple of months and withdrawals being fine on Saturday I had a lucky day (up till Saturday I had withdrawn a total of around £200) so Saturday the lucky day I made two withdrawals of £1000 each..... I still had £745 in my megariches account... Only to receive a pop up saying more ID verification needed now this was puzzling given that I didnt have photo ID I spoke to an agent in chat multiple times on Saturday for him to say that given their t&cs they require additional ID at £2000 of withdrawals (now that would be fine.... But bare in mind I had already made withdrawals of £200 before this day but they still accepted the two further withdrawals of £1000 each meaning I had withdrawn OVER THE £2K LIMIT) further to this constant emails and chats since Saturday being told that they were escalating this to get a manual withdrawal getting same updates constantly (Tuesday finally an agent understood that their was misscommunication and re-esculated this after someone else saying I couldnt get MY money until further ID was sent even tho on Saturday the agent said I WOULD GET A MANUAL WITHDRAWAL IF I PROVIDED HIM WITH MY BANK STATEMENT WHICH I DID) now Im back to we run on a ticket based queue the relevant team will be in touch AND I AM STILL WAITING AGAIN!!! I have contacted the UKGC AND I AM I COMMUNICATION WITH THEM!! I have proof of every thing .... Will update when I know more and would happily increase my rating once I get my money!! Bare in mind that with all earlier transactions and the first £1000 withdrawal on Saturday when I asked for the further £1000 I should of been asked then for ID due to being over the £2k if that deposit went through which it did!!UPDATE: I UNDERSTAND THE £2K LIMIT... AND I FINALLY HAVE A BIT MORE INFO AN AGENT HAS ESCULATED MY MANUAL WITHDRAWAL AS I HAVE AGREED TO PAY THE PAY!! WILL UPDATE 2ITH FURTHER COMMUNICATIONS

- The rtp on the slots are shocking at times. Admittedly Ive had a few withdrawals but recently the slots have all played terrible to the point of seemingly looking rigged.
