I wrote in the chat to them pch asked if Thomas (Thomas Edlund owns Infiniza Limited) knows that they block players because the player speaks up when they receive a deposit but do not let the player play because the documents are not completed. My documents were waiting for review and I dont have any issues with my bank accounts so it wasnt about that. I got the answer that -we can open your account again but you need to submit documents again for account then. Yes of course I said. And she said - we will send you an email where you can respond by sending the documents. I got an email saying - your account is closed and we wont open it again. I understood zero but I have taken it further and contacted various news papers about it where they have received screenshots of everything. Thomas certainly likes being in the media.

- Ive recently won 550 euros and confirmed my withdraw 7 days later and its still not processed. Live chat keeps saying have patience. First 2 days they told me 48 hours then they told me 4 days now its just ur patience is highly appreciated. Think i got scammed so i wouldnt advice this casino as the withdraw proces is very scuffed and bad and they dont really seem to care or try to help. I hope i can get my money back somehow but it seems like a scam site for me.
