It is a scam! They will not pay out your winning
- I have verified my account and payment method and ID then I played for months spending thousands of euroswhen I requested withdrawal they asked me for verifying my ID again even though it has been verified long time ago. I am a vip customer and the way they delay and making withdrawal impossible give the indication that they Mr.bet are totally a SCAM. They are now telling me that they are reviewing my document.

Mr Bet unacceptable verification timeline
- Mr Bet claims their verification process takes 24-48 hrs. I started the verification process on Mar 3rd sending in all my documents. I waited approximately a week for my verification so I could make a withdrawal. I happened to find a message on the site requesting a different document for my banking information although I had sent in what they required. At this time there was no mention of the document I had sent in to verify my address. Another week passed and I received a message that my address document was cropped and not accepted. I sent in a picture of the full page. Several days later another message saying the corners of the document were not visible and it was rejected. I sent in another picture clearly showing all the corners. Since sending in the last picture 12 days has passed. Not hours days. No response on my verification. Throughout this frustrating experience I contacted their customer support over 15 times and always received the same message. We are experiencing a higher than normal workload and we are sorry for the delay. It’s a canned response. The same every time. Nothing ever changed. It is my opinion that Mr Bet does not want to payout any winnings so they purposely won’t verify the player. I also believe they could have identified any problems with my documents on the first message instead of dealing with one document at a time with a wait time of one week per document. All of these suggestions really don’t mean anything as I truly believe they have no intention of completing the verification process and allowing me to make a withdrawal. I strongly recommend spending your time and money at a different site. It’s just not worth the frustration.

- Hello honest people of trustpilot I would advise to stay away from this scamm site otherwise you will stay without your funds. I am trying to verify myself for longer then 12 days now sent every possible documet everything gets rejected in like 1 hour. After 8 days of chat battle one agent finnally steps up from automated messages and write me what kind of document I need to send in order to verify my account and withdraw my winnings. Right after i sent that requested documents and guess what? IT GETS REJECTED EVERYTIME and everyone is making themselfs dumb like they do not work there.... PLEASE STAY AWAY

- Mr Bet was a enjoyment of games friendly online staff to help with issues. Although alot of copying and pasting going on when it comes to verification....I was approved and verified and then I wasnt. I had to get proof I own 2 old cards from the bank. I go do this not a problem. I go get proof from the bank I own 2 cards that no longer work. I upload on verification tab its still not accepted ! Whats not good enough when you have signed letterhead from the bank in pdf form saying i was owner of these 2 cards? The security process has a glitch in the system as t takes real person to overturn this. I do get this happening and then I get paid out. Yes you read correctly I do get paid out. But then again Im not verified and Im still waiting to date on a clearance from another card that I know will clear as I have done no wrong other then win on mr bet and its affiliate partner bruce bet. Please for on going satisfaction and respect to all customers that play on this site understand we are all human and when proof is shown you own cards let it go we are not going prison we are paying customers. All I want do is be respected when proof is shown and accepted and payouts happen. To go back to verification of not being accepted and waiting after being accepted is so disrespectful. Mr bet sort it out . Thats all I ask!

- BEWARE- Worst online Casino company I have ever dealt with. When I requested the return of my available funds they have claimed numerous times my money has been e-transferred. It has not. They claim that my concerns have been escalated they have not. I have been in contact with Interac they have confirmed no e-transfer from them to me. The company is located in New Zealand - claims to be Alberta based. The games do not pay. To me this reeks of fraud and a scam.
