- Mr Green accepted my Ā£20 deposit 2 years ago and then shut my account without warning. Itās taken 2 years of threats and sending constant different versions of ID before they finally gave up on their pathetic scam to retain Ā£20 and refunded it today. Avoid the site like the plague!!

- The odds are more than just against you they dont even hide that they are taking your money. I lost 200kr in 5 minutes by spinning some stupid machine i only betted 5 kr pr spin. SO STUPID I WILL NEVER GAMBLE AGAIN.

- It seems they make it purposely difficult to upload documents before withdrawing your winnings. I tried about 5 different documents (unsuccessfully) and when I contacted customer service about it the response times in the live chat were brutally slow - having to constantly check my phone for 20 minutes trying to get a simple question answered only for the chat to get disconnected because I have have a day job and couldnāt stay glued to my phone. I did get a follow up email but when I submitted another document directly back to the customer service email I never got a response. To multiple attemptsā¦. So there I was back at square one weeks later still not able to withdraw.Canāt imagine how many people have ended up playing their winnings because it takes weeks to successfully withdraw - myself included obviously. Worst customer service and customer experience Iāve had on a gambling site. You should do better.

- Logged in Spain and lost several hundred pounds. Then I was told gaming in Spain was restricted and I shouldnt have accessed the website...but no refund of stakes. Ive played on site in UK for several years and won absolutely nothing of any worth. Depositing Ā£500 a week some weeks for months with no return at all. Im glad theyre closing down in UK as theyre unscrupulous and conning with no regard to safer gambling requirements.

- It was a good casino at the beginning been playing here for the past 6 months and as of now im -80% from all the bets made. These last 2 months was an unlucky streak had a big win 4 months ago but after that nothing.Game selection is mediocre nothing special. Website loads ok with occasional errors. - I won a lot of money (70.000 DKK) and they are refusing to pay out even though Iāve verified my account and they have approved it. They are no longer answering my emails and still have not sent me my winnings. I have contacted an attorney and will pursue legal action. Update: Shortly after sending this my money was sent (what a coincidence eh?). However when I went to log in I was BLOCKED FROM PLAYING ON THE SITE.
