• Contacted Mr slurry again via live chat asking where my withdrawal was. Got the normal prepared script told them that I believed they had no intention of paying me and they cut me off. Shocking dishonest casino don’t play it as they do not pay winnings needs shutting down

• Save your money you won’t get your winnings withdrew £100 looked at my account it said the nominated account didn’t exist money returned. The money has not been returned to my account. Went onto live chat asked where my money was got told they would get back to me and cut me off. Obviously have no intentions of paying out. • I won 2k and not been paid because apparently you have to wait 21 days??? I withdrew £200 once and received if quickly has anybody been paid at all then winning a larger amount?

Shocking experience

• Played and ended up winning £400 and put in for a withdrawal of £400 and never received it and complained to my bank and got know where as it was like a big scam and after a few months of contacting MrSloty and they put my withdrawal back in my account and I ended up losing all my money as the games where playing shocking to stop me from winning anything again and to stop me from putting in for withdrawal in the future so had a shocking experience with them one of 100s

Scammed £8400 deposits never paid winnings

• I got scammed in may 2022 and I lost £8400 deposits after winning !£12200.40 they refused to let me withdraw and kept sending it back to my balance every time I withdrew £2500. On the casino I kept winning spins with £20+ on numbers and they never credited my balance they just said on live chat they would look in to it! Live chat was rude and eventually they stopped me accessing my account completely so I can’t even provide to my bank my gaming history with them! my bank (starling) is refusing to raise a chargeback for me with Mastercard for some reason. Has anyone else found a way to recover their money that they got scammed? If so can you email me please jacobifineart@ outlook.com - I’ve raised a case with action fraud but I’m losing the will here it’s such a lot of money and it’s affected me for 2 years since. How the bank doesn’t protect customers is beyond me!!

• As you are aware this issue has been going on since Dec 23. I won £2500 after 6 failed withdrawals. And no response. I decided to go for a lower amount. They put £500 into my bank the day after. So again go for another £500 and what do you know no money . Contacted customer services and get the same old wait 7-21 days. I am now on day 12 . I can safely say kiss good bye to the rest. It really is a scam company.

• Please avoid this company its a scam. Finally after 6 months the bank have reimbursed me £1.5k which this company tried to steal from me. First of all they would take months and come out with excuse after excuse as to why it was taking so long for a withdrawal. Then after around 10 weeks the money reappeared. They thought I would try and give it back to them. I just withdrew it again. After another 10 weeks and hundreds of exchanges with these conmen they closed my account so I couldnt contact them. I finally got my money I tried to withdraw reimbursed by my bank. DO NOT USE THEM. It took a lot of persistence and time but I got it back. PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE

• Avoid this scam website. They take money even from third parties and are aware of it but its only when you start winning that they find excuses to revoke your winnings and refuse to pay out. Instead of just refunding all your deposit they will only give you the refund back for that day only when you win not when you lose. Many people are facing this issue. I recommend that all victims of this fraud unite and submit claims to get our money.I now ready to submit my claim to against this fraud company!!
