- This casino is definitely a scam. I’ve been waiting 6 1/2 months for $150 They owe me. I received every excuse in the book as far as they’re working on it they’re overwhelmed by winners right now they’ll have you talk to a VIP host name Austin who will lie to you. I have a transcript of mine in Austin‘s chat today where he told me that I am not on the priority customer list that the priority customers make regular deposits even when they’re waiting for their withdrawals!!!! I have a Transcript of all of this. I believe this is illegal. I’ve been told at least 100 times to wait a few more days. They will not pay you.

- This site offered a no deposit bonus which I satisfied all the requirements of and went to withdraw from over a month ago now. Their banking program incredibly slowly verified kyc thru my photo id and several other measures all of which I did this whole process took forever because sometimes Id have to send 3 or 4 emails and wait a week to hear from customer support. They then informed me that I would need an utility bill although Id already provided bank statement medical bills photo id and everything else theyd asked for = but my landlord keeps the utilities in his name so Ive been emailing them since they said these insane requirements were because I was withdrawing without a deposit so I became willing to donate but now its been over 2 weeks with no response. I run a casino blog so have dealt with a plethora of casinos but the complete lack of customer service a long with the fact that this company stole $150 dollars from me I see based on their rating Im not alone in my opinion honestly they probably didnt have the $150 to pay me so they continued making excuse after excuse lol Dont risk it guys stay away!!!!!!

- SCAM CASINO redeemed their free $150 chip made it through the $7000 playthrough and have been trying trying to redeem my measly $100 max washout since April 8th and submitted my KYC documents over 15 times and never once received a email stating if it was approved or not. Then received an email on May 28th saying my withdrawl was denied because KYC documents werent sent. Customer service sucks! Say you have to make a deposit so they can have full access to your account and help you other wise just wait for a follow uo email which they never do.
