Dont play here. Technical problems wont be resolved.

  • My gaming experience was mostly fine with Newspins. I felt like the site was trustworthy until trying one of their promotions.I completed the welcome offer where I was required to deposit ÂŁ10 and I would be given free spins to use. I was given the free spins which winnings were credited as a bonus balance with 65x wagering requirements. This was fine and all in the terms and conditions of the offer. My problem is that once I satsified these wagering requirements my bonus balance was still locked. I reached out to support and they took days to respond and didnt address the issue at all. I tried to reach out again and heard nothing back. Now the bonus balance has expired. This is really poor customer support but also as far as I can understand Ive been lied to about the terms of the promotion. Not going back!!

Cannot get in touch with them unless

  • Cannot get in touch with them unless you use email and it takes days to get back to me. Ive deposited without a problem multiple times. Came to withdraw I have to verify my account. By sending bank statements and utility bills my bank has gone paperless and I dont have bills in my name. They will not accept drivers licence. Not happy with all the red tape when coming to withdraw
