- Scam company. Do not I repeat do not deposit money on this site. We won $2000. We met all playthrough requirements and withdrew. We then spent weeks trying to verify and made a withdrawal. We almost immediately recieved an email with some made-up policy bullshit and they declined the withdrawal. They kept all the money and argued that the decision is final. I asked to push the $2k back and they refused. Criminal syndicate at its worst. Avoid.

- I give these guys a try and luck would have it I won. But after not being paid by a few other casinos including being screwed for 500$ by scrooge whos trust pilot rating is way too high I was weary of being able to actually get my winnings. I had misspelled my address and a couple of more issues arose and their customer service helped me through the entire process. I told them I was going to put them a great review on here because its the right thing to do. OZWIN IS GREAT!!!!

Terrible customer service
- Terrible customer service I won and it took forever to verify my account. Then when I finally got it verified and tried to withdraw I got denied and that admittedly was my fault I didnt see the withdrawal cap at the time. The problem is that when I went to log in to correct the withdrawal (which was $20 over and said to just submit a new request for $180) I got a message saying that I wasnt allowed to log in. Now theyre trying to say their security team is reviewing my account all of a sudden they refuse to give me a straight answer. Im still currently waiting for a supervisor who I wouldnt doubt wont ever respond.

I figured that if it was not allowed then they would decline any promotion I tried to redeem.
