• After having an account for a number of years I was subject to a security check. Fair enough. My driving licence a letter head and 2 credit card statements still not enough. • Their 0800 number is inactive. Their ask paddypower on twitters last messages are from April 2013. I was told by the chatbot assistant that I was permanently self excluded in June 2016 three days ago today they said it was July 2017 at 04:30 hours. GAMSTOP told me my self-exclusion was from the 31st August 2028 ending on the 1st September 2023. However William Hills and Ladbrokes have seen proof and their safer gambling agents called me before re-activating my accounts however the group that owns paddypower including skybet and several other operators are of no help whatsoever.
