There are games from england premier league starting @20:30 and then @21:15 no way to place a bet modify your bets not an option for any serious gambler. - They dont even deserve a rating of 1. After the expiration of the personal conclusions they checked my account and asked for a bunch of documents from the company I work for payslips turnover on the account in the former bank current bank credit card statements loans turnover on the Skrill account.All this lasted for 2 months. - Horrible site and owners. Requires you to win x3 your deposit to be able to even withdraw - as if you use some kind of bonus on a slots casino. Accidental double deposit because theres no signs of your deposit going through - especially after you get logged out during your deposit. Their support doesnt even exist they only have e-mail support but you wont get any replies at all.

- Been with Pinnacle for 20+ years... deposited 8k and they asked for source of funds documents. Begrudgingly I shared my bank statement. That wasnt good enough. They asked for my dads bank statements bc he sent me money that month (i sold him some usd for cad). I said no and they closed my account!!!! Absolutely zero customer service at no point did I ever feel like I was talking to a human just automatic responses.... I offered to show another bank account to clear everything up they wouldnt even look. Said Im not entitled to a Pinnacle account.

- All the reviews on here are 100% accurate. They make it so difficult to withdraw. They apply a 3x rollover immediately upon deposit which makes no sense. Then if you dont meet the 3x they charge a 10% withdraw processing fee after 1x rollover. Theres sports betting sites that offer match bonus deposits with 3x rollover requirements.

- High limits high odds bla bla.... If you are betting NBA NHL NFL then its probably good. If not.... Missing events markets delaying updates markets are closed 50% of the time in-play. Intentionally delayed bets with 15-20 seconds and ACCEPTS them if it goes against your team at the time of processing. Customer service is just wasting time and never helpful in case of problem. Nothing left from Pinnacle from the past. Verification takes more than a week always see problem problems when they dont exist. Nothing more than the average soft bookmaker with much less markets and events.

- Another bad experience. Long telephone wait times and cannot get someone to attend my home for an urgent repair. I’m having to wait 5 days for someone to repair an issue with my boiler no heating and I must wait 5 days and told “there’s nothing we can do”. - Not sure why these guys have so many bad reviews compared to the actual scam online bookies out there (such as betify). These guys have been around for almost a decade at this point very smooth customer support best lines doesnt limit you no matter how much you win and doesnt scam customer funds.
