Complete Scam - BEWARE!
- Im a brand new user and just signed up less than an hour ago. Immediately without any warning I received an email stating my account was restricted from promotions and rewards due to a management decision. Literally less than 60 seconds after signing up.Expecting this to be a glitch or maybe I had to verify my identity I reached out to support who promptly responded and told me to screw off - this was a management decision and will not be changed. Keep in mind Ive never even signed up or used this site before today. This is completely my first time interacting with PlayOJO.I immediately closed my account - thank god I didnt make a deposit and dodged this bullet. PlayOJO is 100% a scam - beware!

- SCAM COMPANY.Ive never played bingo online before so I searched for reputable websites and they came up and had an offer for 500 free bingo tickets so I thought why not? I signed up and deposited as they told me to and then they immediately sent me an email to say that my account had been restricted and was blocked from receiving promotions due to a management decision???It seems like they entice people into signing up and giving their personal data and money and then refuse to give what theyve offered... Will be reporting to the Gambling Commission.

I am still waiting for my account to be verified so that I can withdraw my funds. I’ve never seen anything like this and customer service just says the same thing “I have made an escalation for this matter to the relevant department. - Treacherous gambling site. The games are set to take your money which is obvious but any scraps that I was desperate to get back were never deposited into my account. I sent emails to please receive my little of bit of credit remaining and they never responded but gave me 20 free spins to set me on another gambling binge. - Looks like its a huge con. I joined today. Deposited by Mastercard. Won some money and can only withdraw by bank details or wire transfer. When I try and submit bank details nothing happens. Strange how it can take your money on a card but wont let you withdraw to a card. Eventually the withdrawal was successful. That involved deleting playojo from browser history to close down the games. I had closed them correctly on the site and had the appropriate message to confirm this. Ive improved the review score accordingly. Still far too much effort to withdraw so I wont use the site again.

- Be careful with this casino They have multiple sites all across the SkillOnNet license. All the customer service agents look after the same casinos. They allowed an excluded player to gamble and take thousands across multiple transactions. They refuse to provide answers to your complaint and will just say we answered complaint in full. They clearly do not have the systems in place to ensure they meet social responsibility standards and player protection. Swift Casino another of their brands also refused withdrawals into account making out the bank rejected the incoming payments. My Bank advised they never reject incoming payments. This resulted in winnings not being paid. On the back of this exclusion was notified and accounts blocked across all brands. However will deny that exclusion exists without any clarification even though evidence had been provided. They deny this as the UKGC states that if a excluded player manages to gable then all bets winnings deposits should be voided and both player or casino should be put back into a posistion they were in prior to being permitted to gamble. this casino and its brands refuse this and therefore deny self exclusion status. In my opinion this casino and brand does not operate with integrity and or fairly
