- Not that I have to tell anyone anything new but I have been betting with them for a long time and over the last few months they have started to treat me like shit for no reason itās mad have know I dear why. Cut all bonus and make you wait ages for the chat. Iām done with them now there are heaps of other site who offer you account manager with it much better. - Terrible customer service. Placed a live bet and told the operator 200 and he put 400. I called them to check it and they told me even though I clearly said 200 the operator said 400 back and there nothing I could do. They didnāt even offer me the money back in bonus bets.On top of it all no where near as many markets available as other apps I have used pretty much every betting app in Australia and have to say this was the worst one from the lot. Do not recommend downloading PointsBet.

When I check my email and bank account didānt see anything and keep insisting they send the money canāt do about it and itās your bank problem not us. Then blocked and suspended my account. - This dodgy PointsBet suspended my account when I won 18k and tried to withdraw my fund. They accused me of getting third party of funding source which is from my husband who is self excluded. Now they swallowed my 18100 fund in the account and closed the account permanently. They shouldnāt have accepted the bet at the first place not right after I won and wanted to withdraw the cash. The account has been fully verified since day one. This dodgy bookmaker shouldnāt be operated to scam and lure people to place a bet on their platform. Please stay away from this PointsBet
