Pokerdom is a Scam

  • Pokerdom is a Scam! They will not pay you! Do not play on their fraud site. You will lose your money. They give fabricated reasons in order to gather more data from their customers and work with their money as long as possible. A quick search resulted in at least two players on the pokerstrategy forum that ran into the same scam spiral. Pokerstrategy that is owned by PLAYTECH that owns the ipoker network removed my report instantly as they are protecting their partner Pokerdom instead of the players which is resonable but shows their focus. If they reupload my report I will delete this statement about them. Here is the conversation with the Pokerdom support in chronological order leading to the failed withdrawal.- Asking the support which data the need in order to fully verify the account and being able to make cash-ins and cash-outs.(They say uploading the passport)- Uploading the necessary data (passport // address and email verification)- Received the official email that my account is fully verified! I have email proof.- Once I wanted to cash out the software asked me to also verify my phone number. This is in line with their terms and conditions but in contrast to the prior email that confirmed my account being verified to the fullest.- Phone was verified through a software field (typing in the last 4 digits of a received call)- Software gave a few errors although the digits were correct.- Software accepted the verification digits after various attempts.- Software leads me onto the same landing page again where I have to verify the phone number again after trying to withdrawal the money.- Contacting support that asks for a screenshot of my phone provider that shows name and number.(No company ever asks for this. At this point it becomes clear that their software confirming things like phone number accepted is intentionally programmed to do so to keep you in the loop of a confirmation/rejection/solution tactic.(Notice here that the account was already fully verified to fully use the website) So the verification confirmation email is a lie.- Verified the phone number via screenshot.- Get the email that the account is now fully verified. - Cash out again to the deposit method (crypto/ETH)- Get a positive software feedback- Get an Error email (contact support)- Support asks me to use a different gateway which means vendor//payment method in their world.- They try to sneak me onto the credit card method and ask me to do another verification process send them a picture of my cc that shows first and last digits ccv etc.- Crypto was the initial deposit option is now removed from my account.(Other players reported the same at this stage with Skrill/Neteller)Nowafter investigating online I found out that this whole Pokerdom scam behavior is being used on players no matter which deposit or cash out method they use!Pokerdom always claims that they have technical issues no matter which method you use and then remove your deposit option in the withdrawal mask!In my case crypto. So it makes no sense at all to use another method. I rejected to use a credit card. The only purpose for them to ask you to use another method is to go through a new verification process to give them more data time and a new base to move on in their fraud spiral that they walk you through.Data means money! It is very likely that once I verify my credit card they WILL demand another deposit due to a new method being used which demands at least one deposit for BS money laundering reasons to cash out on that method. You can not force a customer onto a payment option that he doesnt want to use once he used a different one that worked. The company has to release the money onto the same vendor/cc etc!A law investigation will prove 100% that they accept btc while rejecting other players withdrawal attempts for fabricated technical issue reasons. They have no technical issues! The general prosecutor of Russia will be informed now as Pokerdom is mainly operating in Russia. The German general prosecutor will also be informed. The CEO will face consequenses now. This is a first hand experience to protect the poker community. Here are information that is a little hard to find in order to provide you with data that is needed for legal steps:Pokerdom CEO: Nazim IzmaylovWorking at: INAS Solutions Ltd. Gambling consulting company Tbilisi GeorgiaEdit: After contacting the commision eGaming in Curacao that regulates Pokerdom I could finally cash out.
