• This is absurd. Ive uploaded all the required documents for verification. They have all been approved but I still cant make a withdrawal. Tried to contact live chat but havent received a single answer for almost 24 hours now. Tried contacting the support by mail also no answer. I logged in with NemID for easy verification also didnt do anything. Pretty sure ill never see the 5000 kr thats on my balance. Absolute scam site. Stay away and NEVER make a deposit. Customer services is a disgrace

• Customer services is a disgrace. They say typically replies in a few minutes? What a joke. Takes days. Dont bother emailing as you wont get a reply neither. Getting a withdrawal is hard work. They dont ask you for any form of Identification when depositing but the minute you try cashing out anything then all of a sudden they ask for verification. I am 100% closing my account. Have had nothing but problems with this casino and judging from the reviews so have other people. There are too many good casinos out there that have faster payouts and a better verification system.
