Absolutely disgusting service
- Absolutely disgusting service. Like most on here you deposit with no issue the 1st time I had a reasonable win (under £1k still) and literally it all changes. Asking for ID etc fair enough but then asking for bank statements utility bills ID then a picture of you holding your own ID? I’ve got numerous accounts and never ever had so many issues in all my life. There customer service is diabolical takes days and days for a response so something that should take a day or two so far is over 8 days in. And still no reply to emails sent days ago. SAVE YOURSELF A HUGE HEADACHE these guys need to reported to a gaming commission or regulator.

All goes ok till you win a decent amount
- Ive been using Rise for a few weeks and all was going well when I won under £500 they paid out pretty quick when it was £1000 it took 24 hours so not quick but still not bad. Then after a few days of losing I finally won £2500 which I cashed out and next day got the usual email asking for ID which I replied to with all the ID they asked for and got a message back saying it would take 72 hours before someone got back to me.Its now 4 days later still no withdrawal and when I checked with support they informed me all withdrawals are on hold until my documents are checked but that could be another 3 business days.Funny how they didnt mind taking over £5k off me without needing to check my ID but now Ive won a bit back they need to.Edit - Its now been 7 days since I requested a withdrawal their site says 1 business day these should take and despite someone in their support team promising me it would be processed yesterday still no money received.Day 8 - Just spoke to someone else in their support team who now says they need to escalate the issue they cant tell me how long this will take or pass me over to anyone else as the team dealing with it dont have phones.Day 13 - Still no payment processed despite them confirming 4 days ago it would be processed yesterday. Spoke to someone else in their support team who couldnt offer any help other than it should be 1-2 business days.Day 14 - Spoke to support again and was told as per usual they will have to escalate it to the payments team. This time however the lady I spoke to did offer to email me with an update later on today...so we shall see.

Hardly Any Games Besides Slots
Games
Rise Casino has quite a good overall number of games, with over 300 to choose from, the vast majority of which are video slots. However, its games collection is quite lacking in some areas. There are no live casino games, nor does the casino offer any instant win games, scratch card or any other type of game. As for table games, there is a handful of them you can play, though there’s room for lots more games in this category to be added. There’s also a noticeable lack of blackjack and roulette games – these two are very often the most common table games found at online casinos, so to have neither one available at the casino is quite unexpected.
Though the games collection has some areas it can improve on if the casino’s going to compete with others better, the slots especially are sure to appeal to lots of players. There’s a good number of them available and plenty of variety, so all players should find the collection enjoyable and entertaining.
Slots
Rise Casino has over 300 video slots available for players to enjoy. The collection comes from around half a dozen different providers and there’s a lot of variety to be found among the collection, with plenty of games to satisfy players of all tastes. Some of the most popular slots at the casino include Foxin’ Wins, Guns ’n’ Roses, Starburst, Esqueleto Explosivo, Cleopatra and Aloha! Cluster Pays.
There are a handful of progressive jackpots among the collection, including the well known Mega Fortune that’s paid out seven-figure sums before. However, unless you know the name of a progressive jackpot, it can be hard to find them as the casino doesn’t present them in their own category, nor does it highlight which ones among the collection are progressive jackpots.
Live Casino
Live casino games aren’t currently available at Rise Casino.
Table Games
Rise Casino currently has a rather small collection of table games, with just six available. Two of them are Texas hold’em games, two of them baccarat games and two of them oasis poker games. For each type of game, one version has lower limits, whilst the other has more middle-range limits. There’s obviously room for lots more table games to be added to the casino in the future, especially blackjack and roulette. It’s surprising to come across an online casino that offers table games but has no blackjack or roulette on offer.

Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, PayPal and Paysafecard are some of the more popular options you can use to fund and withdraw from your casino account. You have to wait up to 48 hours for the casino to process withdrawal requests and an additional amount of time after that for your money to reach you – the exact waiting times vary depending on which payment method you’re using.

Welcome Bonus
Rise Casino’s welcome offer rewards new players with a set of free spins. When you make your first deposit at the casino (providing it’s of at least £10), you’ll receive no fewer than 25 free spins. These are to be used on the Fluffy Favourites slot only.
Wagering Requirements
After you’ve used up your free spins, your winnings will be credited to your real money account.
High Rollers
Rise Casino has a multi-level loyalty scheme. As you work your way up the 12 levels, you can claim more daily free spins (with no wagering requirements) and monthly cashback offers (from Level 4). Once you reach Level 8, you’ll gain access to a dedicated VIP manager, along with access to the casino’s exclusive tournaments that are just for VIPs. You also receive a very special VIP gift for reaching the last level, Level 12.
Device Compatibility
Desktop, Tablet and Mobile Experience
Rise Casino has a rather simple and straightforward layout, with very little in the way of clutter and all the games clearly presented. The site has a dark background, with the logo and various promotional images featuring a bright mix of blue, green and yellow. While the casino doesn’t have any apparent theming to it, it does look quite fresh and bold compared with lots of other more generic online casinos.
The mobile casino can be accessed on a wide range of handheld devices and enables you to access the casino and most of its games while you’re out of the house, providing you have a steady internet connection, of course. It’s well designed and easy to navigate, with a more compact layout than the desktop site.

Rise Casino review summary
Rise Casino was launched in early 2018 and is operated by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited, which is a subsidiary of 888 Holdings plc. The casino has a good collection of slots from some of the industry’s top providers, including many of the most recently released titles. While there’s plenty to please fans of slots, the same can’t be said for fans of other games, as the casino doesn’t really have much to offer besides slots, save for a limited number of table games. It would be encouraging to see the casino expand its games portfolio by offering more table games and introducing some live casino games. The welcome offer rewards you with 25 free spins to use on the Fluffy Favourites slot – this welcome offer isn’t that good at all compared with a lot of other online casinos have to offer. On the other hand, the loyalty scheme with daily rewards is quite good, especially since the daily free spins don’t have any wagering requirements. Customer support is available, with a phone number and email form provided. The phone number is available between 10am and 2am and emails should be replied to within four hours; there doesn’t appear to be any live chat. Though the casino has room for improvement, it’s still worth checking out, especially if you like the idea of daily free spins and having lots of slots to play.
