• I requested a withdrawal of $3000 on the 4th of April 2025 they advised me through their live chat that my withdrawal was approved the same day. The next days they requested my documents for KYC verification I emailed back what was required and now they keep delaying it saying they need more time to verify my documents even though it states in their terms and conditions it takes 1-2 business days to approve it.Its now day 6 and they still give me excuses and refuse to withdraw my winnings.Royal Reels has become Royal Scams players please be aware of this site.Royal Reels what do you wish for me to reply to? I will happily remove this review and provide a positive 5 star review once my withdrawal has been processed accordingly.

1 month waiting and still not get my win money

• when you win and they make you wait for so long to process your withdrawal. almost 1 month already and still says in processing. Normally if it real and not scam should take 1-2 business days. They keep asking for verification and documents then tell you there is a que before you and have to wait. • Ive had some big wins on R.R & also experienced weeks + months where it just dont pay Jack I think win to loss ratio is more on the loss side but you can win decent coin every now & then seen a few people having trouble getting paid touch wood i’ve never had a problem they used to are you in a couple of hours when there was 24 hours waiting period but now I would noted it’s 3 days but I’ve always got it within 24 hours. • Hi Everyone . On royal reels 9 I deposited up to about 4K over a 2 week period and ran it up to $60k USD on blackjack. ( also considering their blackjack is rigged as they always cut half deck and definitely have more low cards added. I counted 50 cards less than 9 and 16 pictures over 66 cards.) this just does not happen in blackjack )When I stopped at about 40k USD I tried to withdraw the money in $9000 USD increments (withdrawal limit). After two days and still pending I attempted to cancel withdrawal and try again. When I clicked cancel the app showed an error of ‘no withdrawal pending’ and my balance was wiped. You ban us for having multiple accounts whivh we dont i have an account and my partner has an account. So how can we both be banned for multiple accounts when i have one and my parnter has the other. Been robbed of my winnings by royal reels

• Been using my account for years had plenty of successful withdrawals and deposit almost daily. I won roughly $28000 and tried to withdraw $8990 but 20hrs later they permanently ban my account and cancel my withdrawal. I email them asking them what’s the go? They said i had multiple accounts and showed me my first ever account i used but forgot the password and they gave me the run around to try and reset it so i made another one and havent used any other account since.they asked me for verification license etc which i provided but i’m not sure what’s actually going to happen ive poured thousands of dollars into that site and have made a lot of withdrawals but as soon as i win a significant amount; they bring up a second account and ban me? STILL NOT RECEIVED WITHDRAWAL AFTER 11 days

• Opened my account over a year ago with royal reels never deposited as my bank never let the transactions go through my daughter was a vip member but closed her account permanently for her gambling issues although she said it was the best and fast paying casino she ever used so I decided to deposit using my daughter card which she allowed me todo as she and her partner both used each others accounts and withdrew on either her or his card they used to send it to the last (card used for the deposit) noIssues no verification checks etc for them all good deposits went through fine off my daughters card won 50k on a feature on max bet of $25. With drew 14k fine no issues on my 3rd $9000 withdrawal they requested KYC documents fair enough understandable. • Royal reels dont deserve any stars my son and myself have spent thousands and thousands of dollars and all was going well until yesterday when they decided to ban his account after he had requested a 2k withdrawal it might not be much to some but he needed it. They accused him of using multiple accounts which seems to be something they do regularly to people there was one account being used by my son and one account by myself both accounts in our correct names. Royal Reels this is theft as if you dont have a problem taking 600 in deposits on said day from said account why cant you pay the 2k that was won fair and square. Feel totally SCAMMED by these parasites. Australia WAKE UP. Im reporting this to anybody that will listen as have e mailed msged all to no avail they just stone wall you.
