- Royal reels dont deserve any stars my son and myself have spent thousands and thousands of dollars and all was going well until yesterday when they decided to ban his account after he had requested a 2k withdrawal it might not be much to some but he needed it. They accused him of using multiple accounts which seems to be something they do regularly to people there was one account being used by my son and one account by myself both accounts in our correct names. Royal Reels this is theft as if you dont have a problem taking 600 in deposits on said day from said account why cant you pay the 2k that was won fair and square. Feel totally SCAMMED by these parasites. Australia WAKE UP. Im reporting this to anybody that will listen as have e mailed msged all to no avail they just stone wall you. This is not how a reputable site operates.

- By far one of the biggest scam sites Iâve ever seen. Theyâll let you win a bit to get you in and then theyâll shadow ban your account so you win nothing. They say itâs random number generated which is complete bullshit. The site needs to be shut down I donât know how the Australian government hasnât gotten rid of these parasites yet. Save your money and stay away from these scammers.

STILL NOT RECEIVED WITHDRAWAL AFTER 11 days
- Opened my account over a year ago with royal reels never deposited as my bank never let the transactions go through my daughter was a vip member but closed her account permanently for her gambling issues although she said it was the best and fast paying casino she ever used so I decided to deposit using my daughter card which she allowed me todo as she and her partner both used each others accounts and withdrew on either her or his card they used to send it to the last (card used for the deposit) noIssues no verification checks etc for them all good deposits went through fine off my daughters card won 50k on a feature on max bet of $25. With drew 14k fine no issues on my 3rd $9000 withdrawal they requested KYC documents fair enough understandable. All was sent through including my daughter card as they requested then it was being reviewed itâs now been 10days two days ago they requested a authority letter from my daughter stating she was aware of my deposits and she allowed it to happen etc no problems again understandable we sent that through but now they are doing a âwinning verification process by game providers to see if my winnings are legitimateâ like come on now itâs becoming a joke now what do they think I rigged their games? Or somehow magically snapped my fingers after 20 years of gambling with plenty off losses to get lucky.. they are making me jump through hoops just to withdraw my winnings I won fair and square. Trying to find any thing they can it seems to make sure I donât receive my other 29k never ever had this problem before with any other casinos been trying to withdraw since the 4th of January today is now the 15th their chat representatives love and copy and paste the same messages wait for an email etc but yet I didnât receive any emails regarding the 3rd withdrawal and multiple issues they have come up with in regards to withdrawing and KYC I had to go back on chat and speak to someone to get an update on the situation to be told the payment team needs this and that. You guessed it no email regarding or requesting anything making me chase my money. No response to emails and no updates apart from they now need a winning verification which I donât mind because itâs a legit win but the communication with this casino and their players so far is SHOCKING if I donât receive my 29k after all this I will be taking it higher up weather it be court or the Australian government ACMA and they will lose a valued player. Will update this review on the outcome. And change my opinion on the casino promptly.

- After being on Royal reals for over a year and play regularly. my card was hacked for 1400 dollars. Payment continued come out my account for similar values that l deposited into royal reels the weekend before for 3 days. like they were double dipping or collecting on failed deposit attempts.Bank said money went to Nigeria.
