🛑Real deal honest review 🛑
- Not a huge fan of having to do any math just to figure out how much actual USD playable /withdrawable money I have ...so the whole st100:1usd is a headache and extra step I gottaa take in the middle of gameplay for nothing . Just make it a 1:1 its so much easier . As far as casinos go its pretty decent anything more than instant payout really hurts a casino in my opinion hence the 4⭐s..when I go to a brick and mortar casino I walk with my winnings and I really think that waiting for payouts are one of the online casino industries biggest make or break attributes. It takes an air of distrust and uncertainty and places it between the casino and the user and leaves the user praying to their higher power with fingers crossed that they get their winnings ..and lets not start with quoted and expected payout time-frames ...because if you say 12 hours....expect a flurry of negative emails and reviews at 12 hours and 1 minutes if not paid on time . So for the 4 stars ..thats really my only issue as a new player on this casino...as far as aesthetics ..I personally dont care how emersive and visually appealing their dashboard is...cause I realize that the user ultimatly pays for all of those pretty features through deposit charges withdrawal fees and random account servicing and maintenance fees . So just gimmi a plain Jane that plays seamlessly and I can the trust the owners. also when I call for troubleshooting ...I dont need a translator or hope that the agent is from a US friendly county ...cause Lord knows some of these customer service centers wont gonna help me just from the jump due to their views and misinformation on the United States but thats a whole other review so Ill retire that. From what I understand this casino is actively upgrading and reinvesting in itself and thats not exactly an industry standard..most casinos pop up and are carbon copies of other casino just a diff name. So this casino already stands on a platform of very few . Ill throw a few deposits at yall and see how things pan out but so far so good . - I love this site they have a great variety of games very easy to navigate and the customer support is top notch Ive withdrawn 3 times 2 of which were really fast and the third had a slight hiccup but wasnt on there end it was still deposited really fast. It was on my end but they assured they would look into it so there were no more issues in the future (they did not have to do this for me) they dont beat around the bush on any of their promos.
