STAY AWAY FROM SIMPLE CASINO!! Absolute SCAM- I should have read the reviews before depositing... THey just do not want to pay out..
- I have been trying to get my withdrawal of €1028 from Simple Casino since 27/08 (almost 2 weeks). I have made 4 withdrawal attempts to two different IBANs and they keep stalling and sending vague emails about a technical error. They do not have the option to withdraw back on the card which I deposited with. I attempted 3 times to withdraw to the cards IBAN and it didnt work. They could not give me a reason - just - due to a technical error (what a joke).I then attempted to withdraw to a local IBAN - No luck with that either.. the money just reversed back onto the site and they didnt utter a word. They then said I can withdraw through crypto... When I click on the option to withdraw through crypto pay - it just doesnt work - I notified of this and sent screenshots.. no reply from them since 4 days ago.Supposedly I have a fully verified account too. They asked for bill ID selfie of me holding my ID. All of these things are delay tactics. They just do not want to pay. Clearly it is not a professional site it is a company with no ethics no customer service and really smells like a big SCAM to me. STAY AWAY FROM SIMPLE CASINO!!

- I logged in with using my online banking credentials. Then I deposit some money and played. Everything worked well to this point. I lost the money so I deposit some more and won. I won 1000 euros which I tried to withdraw. I waited 18hrs until I was told that they wont pay me anything. I asked why because I honestly had no idea why. I was told Ive closed my account 3 years ago. I didnt even remember Ive had an account on this site and that doesnt even matter. If that was the case how tf I managed to log in and play? So everything worked just fine until I won. I had to file a complaint to mga and eCogra. I told simplecasino that Ive had done so and after that they refunded my deposits but kept my winnings. I wouldnt have had even those deposits if I hadnt filed that complaint they told me on their chat that they are paying me nothing and day later when I told them about mga and eCogra I was told that they forwrd my case to some other department. Today when mga replied to me and contacted simplecasino I received my deposits back right away. Went to their chat again and asked about my winnings and was told theyre not paying anything else and this is final. Dont have time nor energy to keep fighting but I highly recommend everyone to stay away from this scamming site.
