Worst customer support ever
- Worst customer support ever ! I received an email 2 weeks after opening an account that i apparently have other accounts on their network. This is absurd as Skol was the first casino I ever signed up to. The email also stated that if I feel this is an error I should email back and they will review it again. Since then I sent three emails asking for feedback and after a 3 weeks I have still not heard back from them at all. They ignored all my communication!

Won 5k - propably scammed
- Won 5k eurMade withdrawal request 24/07.They asked me for some ID and adress verification 25/07 (sent that right away)And got verified.They ”approve” withdrawal but later cancel the withdrawal on 26/07Quote : ”Transaction ID xxx has failed. The message we have received from your Card Issuer is: Invalid Card Number and so you would need to discuss this matter directly with them. ”They ask me to use bank transfer withdrawal instead. I made a request for withdrawal via bank transfer right away.Today 29/07 they send me this :”We regret to inform you that the bank transfer option is currently unavailable. At this time we do not have an estimated timeframe for when this service will be reinstated.”And than this : ”In the meantime you need to use an alternative method such as Paypal or card (Visa or masterCard) option. To activate one of these payment methods on your account simply make a minimum deposit with the method - it will then be available as a withdrawal method on the withdrawal page. You can of course also add the deposit to your withdrawal.”So basicly they are asking me to deposit more money to withdraw (feels like a total scam)They telling me that bank transfer withdrawals are not available is a huge red flag.I dont know if i’ll get anything from them. If i do i’ll update the review.Note that i’m not 100% positive it’s a scam. But they do make it very very hard to withdraw.If you see this i advise you play elsewhere.

- Please beware. I spent £300 on this casino playing between 80p and £1 per spin. I did not receive one bonus in the whole period. I had a handful of wins and my highest win was £3.20. Yes under a fiver! They claim the RTP is 91% on most games but this simply is not true. When the 3rd scatter comes into view on the spin the reels go very wobbly and it goes right past.
