• New sign up had free chip. I met requirements and cashed out the allowable 100 dollars. First I was asked to deposit 10 dollars in lite coin to verify litecoin address so I did. I then could not withdraw through litecoin (ot any other means on site) only bitcoin. I questioned what the point on verifying my litecoin wallet was if I couldn’t withdraw that way with no answer. It’s been 11 days I have to wait 20Business days apparently and was now told in new chat that i should have used coindraw to withdraw sincr its quicker but i couldnt the only available option was bitcoin. • I hit $5k on Golden Great Lion. Cashed out $2k to coindraw. $3k to bitcoin. That’s when I found out about the waiting period. I lasted 1 day and not believing I’d ever see the winnings. I checked my account and it said I had $1700 that was withdrawable. So I was trying to cash out but was having problems so I contacted customer service. I went over the amount required to win with the promotions and they removed funds that I could not withdraw but I was winning on the tournament winning. I had at least $100 in tournaments 50 was done on day before I made it withdrawal. Luckily I kept screenshots of what I did while playing and if anyone is interested I’m gonna be getting an attorney to discuss this. Thats not the reason for the 2 stars though. The withdrawals actually deserve a single star. It can and most likely will take 7 days for them to review your withdraw request. If its approved it will take an additional 7-10 days to process your withdraw. Then it could take a few days for you to receive your withdrawal. That means you will have to wait longer than 2 weeks to receive your winnings. It takes no other casino that long. Its ridiculous to have to wait that long.
