- I have been playing at Slotmonster since the end of last year. I can say everything encountered has been positive so far. Deposits via bankcard and withdrawals via SEPA to my bank account have been fine. The KYC checks for easy to complete and my account was fully verified in less than a day after completing relevant parts and withdrawals seem less. Latest withdrawal of 700 Euro was just processed this afternoon without issue via SEPA will hit my bank Monday morning now.

- Its been 4 month now since they told me they would send me 470Euro if i gave them my bank information + pictures of my ID. After this they have totally ignored me and refuse to pay me.. These guys are a bunch of scammers. Fun fact is that i got all the proofs needed that can show that Slotmonster is scamming and that their Lisence is fake. If you check all their new reviews they all the same. They are scamming shit lots of people now the same way they did to me so please do NOT trust their fake 5 star ratings. I recommend everyone thats considering this website to go somewhere else and instead try and sue this website. They are located in coratia which have no rules for gambling which is why they think theyre Safe scamming. Please stay away for your OWN safety and spread the word! - Pure scam . I played and they gave me free spins which came to nothing. Got upto €2380 and played it balc down to €1098 and had enough so went to withdraw. Only to have my withdraw cancelled and my balance stolen. When asking why they said I wagered over €5 euro which i didnt however I wasnt within any bonue requirement so is irrelevant. I have reported them to barclays card and made complaints through the ukgc and ask gamblers. I advice anyone ebony scammed by this site to do the same and help get them investigated and shut down

Definitely worth the read
- Was unsure about the 5 stars due to the payout not being 24hours and almost thought I was scammed BUT no all is good. Won a 5 figure jackpot and the limit is 4k euros a day withdrawal and 10k euros a week. Bank (conversion rate) takes a LOT of commission (750 off 4000). Anyway this doesnt have many of the commercial games the UK casinos have but still a lot of games nonetheless. I have 2 thirds of my money paid to me but need to wait until the week is up to get the final amount. I dont ever go for bonuses so cant comment on that but over the moon with the payout and company as a whole. Very helpful and polite customer services but cleverly never give a time frame so I can relate to the lower reviews on that as it is frustrating but as someone who have never won anything like this before I am happy to say this is the best casino I have used and wont go elsewhere thank you. (Assuming my final withdrawal goes through without an issue) And I did have to wait 5 days for my money to be processed their end dues to technical difficulties but got lower amounts approved AFTER the larger amount was waiting to be accepted. 5 Stars as I am happy with overall.
