• This company is a an absolute scam. You can not get your money out. They will tell you there is problem with mastcard constantly trying to get you to use bitcoin. I would not advise anyone using this site. It’s day six for me trying to get my money out without success.

• Please be careful when using this casino like similar sites there are withdrawal issues. ID verification is passport proof of address and pictures of card pretty standard. You can deposit using visa or mastercard but cannot withdraw using visa. You can withdraw with mastercard but not with any monzo tesco marbles new day and various others (cant remember them all). So you cant withdraw using the same card you deposited! They ask you to create a whole new account (they recommend metro) to be able to withdraw but they dont tell you this until your withdrawal has failed about 9 times. By this point after all the verification and 48 hour withdrawal wait it has been over a month and most people have unfortunately put their winnings back in!

• PLEASE do not bet any money with SlotoNaughts it is a con and a scam. They allow deposits with any bank card ie Visa but they will only allow you to withdrawal funds on a Mastercard. Which is difficult / impossible if you don’t have a Mastercard! They only allow a maximum withdrawal of £400 at a time and they say it takes 4 days for each withdrawal. They do this as they know you will probably gamble away the rest of your balance as it takes 4 days to withdrawal each £400. So if you won £1000 it would take 12 days or more to withdrawal.However I have never been able to withdrawal any funds so it may be impossible to withdrawal money.The main reason for my complaint is that this company lied to me and misled me. A so called Personal Manager Liam contacted me by email to say I would receive 10% of my deposits back in cash back. This was last Thursday and he said I had to make sure my balance was at zero on the forthcoming Sunday night and that I would be credited with 200 - 300 euros (they deal in euros no pounds). This would be 10% of the money I had deposited in the last week. However when the money was due to be paid to me yesterday (Thursday) nothing went in. Then today I chased again and they said there was a misunderstanding and that I would not be receiving any of it. So they lied to me. This company knowingly misled me and lied to me. They offered the cash back last Thursday then changed their mind today and said there won’t be any! I have emailed customer support many times and they don’t care. The so called Personal Manager Liam also doesn’t care. They misled me and it is false advertising. This company is a scam and should be closed down! I only deposited money with this company as I self excluded myself from all other websites through GamStop. However this unpleasant experience with the scammers at SlotoNaughts means I am cured of my gambling and this scam has been a big wake up call. This company is not governed by anyone and is a manipulative company whose only customers are those that have self excluded on GamStop.
