- Would give a zero if I could… this site is a scam. When playing I deposited £100 using PayPal - came up as successful but didn’t add to balance. History on account clearly showed it hadn’t deposited and I provided proof my PayPal had been debited. After I raised it they changed my history to make remove the audit trail but I’d already screen shot it. Their answer was raise with PayPal who weren’t interested either. Spoke to company and got fobbed off. I’ve no issue if I’d got to play the £100 through and lost but to have £100 disappear was a rip off. DO NOT TRUST

- Although the verification process takes a long time Id say its worth it really! at least you know its secure and nobody else can withdraw your winnings lol I see a lot of comments saying no customer support but this is not true on the help tab click (chat) instead of (contact) for a faster response literally 5 mins at most the customer support team is amazing!Thank you! After uploading my passport and an household bill my account was verified with no issue.On withdrawing after verification my withdrawals took no longer than 2 days to process (one was even processed over the weekend) and the winnings were back to my card within a few hours after processsing.I really can’t fault this casino in any way shape or form. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND A BORDERLINE CRIMINAL SCAM
- Another casino from a larger casino group thats out to con people. The security of the website is poor and they let you deposit with no verification or check against closed accounts elsewhere in the group.If you win they flag your other account keeping profits and if you lose they fight to not return deposits.Its double standards and the whole genesis set up seems criminal. Wouldnt go near them with a barge pole they also ignore emails and promise resolution that never comes. I would advise to always check the small print on who owns the casino now and swerve these crooks.Edit - response from them received after 9 weeks. They advised my details were different but couldnt prove which ones were.... Despite my Name address dob etc not changing.

- Reading some of the reviews on here I was genuinely quite worried I had a £950 withdrawal pending and my account hadn’t been verified yet. We had a few issues with verification no fault of spela’s but the original card I deposited with got cancelled and they needed proof of that card however after a few emails and pictures of other documents they were able to verify my account. 3 day pending period of the money is long nowadays but after it was approved the money arrived next day. Can’t fault them.

- Spela locked my account without notice or explanation its been 5 weeks since I made my withdrawal and they give me no indication they will ever process it. They dont respond to emails (meaning they have no complaints procedure) and their live chat just repeat the same nonsense. They will probably reply with some outright lies about how sometimes checks can take longer than expected; routine checks dont take 5 weeks. Imagine any other reputable company taking 5 weeks to conduct a routine check they would be out of business. If you are reading this inform the Gambling Commission about your experience they should know about it. Save yourself some grief and STAY AWAY.

- All these GENESIS SITES ARE THE SAMEcorrupt and do not learn from losing there licences before. I had to wait weeks a few months agothis was one of the main reasons they lost all uk licences. I was partly the reason they had all licences revokedi supplied the ukgc with screenshots clearly showing that they ALLOWED me to depositeven whilst the licences were suspended. I also get told the 72hr rubbishthis didnt stop them from taking weeks to withdraw my money. Why do these sites not learn from losing licences before?. Utter utter stupidity.

- Very poor site after depositing £240 and not winning I managed to get the balance back to £220 .I tried to withdraw and was going to close my account .They then proceeded to ask for every different Id for verification Ive sent 6 different forms of Id to be told I now need a citizens card and photograph.Im a UK citizen and have never been asked to purchase this for any form of identification any where .please please avoid this site at all costs.Really not worth all the stress all I want is what Im owed then you can willing close my account.

- The absolute worse customer services Ive ever had to deal with. Took around 2 months to verify my account as they refused every documentation possible. Eventually got there on the 16th December confirmation of verification was sent on the 19th December. Withdrawal was made and its still pending due to security checks this is 42 days ago. Still not received any communication from them. When you email its the generic cant see the other departments hold up. Please allow it time for security checks.

- Spela casino like others owned by genesis are the worst casino around for uk players. i am currently battling them with an ADR despite my withdrawal request 5th december i was asked for more documents (illegal under uk law) then being told i was fully verified on the 9th december and my withdrawal would be processed its still not been processed. they give me some rubbish about secuity checks when i try to contact them. i have tried a mediator and there own complaints system both to no avail so now the governing body in malta has the case. Do not deposit with this casino they lost there licence last year in the uk for their practices and i think they will loose it again.
