After depositing tried to claim it but got an error Instance of minified:eQ.Contacted chat which said that the bonus was expired which it clearly wasnt because the bonus had a count down of 40 minutes till expire. Never got to redeem the bonus because the chat operator removed it from my profile completely. DO not play here if you want to redeem bonuses.

There is a small charge for withdrawal which bigger bookmakers don’t do and money can take up to 3 days to hit account unlike big companies where it hits within 2 hours. - Another day and not one email back to me and still no withdrawal!!! Can’t log in to my account and no live chat available!!! Just a stupid form for email which nobody reply’s to I’m soooo annoyed and ashamed that these people are allowed to do this it’s an absolute diabolical company!!! Stay clear do not give them your money as they won’t give you yours deposited and withdrew before they asked for docs went in next day no docs requested then they decided to request docs which were then verified then I make a withdrawal and 2 weeks later I’m still waiting not a single thing in my account!!!!!

- You read these reviews and take them with a pinch of salt thinking that perhaps people have lost or just impatient. On this occasion it certainly seems that the majority are correct in the opinions this is the slowest and worst casino I have experienced. Set up an account over a week ago had a small win and made a withdrawal. Over 6 working days later still not processed. Used there contact service on Monday no response. Emailed a complaint on Tuesday to which yet to receive a response. Would recommend avoiding.
