Numerous emails back and forth to try and recover deposit with delaying tactics and asking for ridiculous confirmation documentation. Email received 2weeks ago stating that money owed had been refunded to my bank account but most definitely has not been. Steer clear folks!

They did not give me an exact timeframe until the investigation is completed and simply told me to be patient in the process. Also they asked me for a document that does not exist (a phone bill that is in my name) as my phone bill is financed by my mother however they told me this is not acceptable. What a joke! We are talking about 1400 euros to be withdrawn by the way. Outrageous I literally never had this experience even with the worst-rated books during my 5-6 year online gambling journey with more than a hundred gambling sites. Please stay very far away from this company. My Askgamblers complaint was rejected because the investigation process is ongoing.
