• Stopped me using promotions.Following a recent review of your account and in accordance with our terms and conditions unfortunately you are no longer eligible for promotional markets and some selected products.I had only used them in a way their site lets me use them! And I was only betting up to $50. They just advertise great promos then cut you off straight away. Same as betcha they stopped me using promotions 2 days after I sighed up. I even bet in completely different ways to see if it would happen. (Same company as tab they are essentially dishonest in their advertising).

• They are siplly cheating your mony most times. I put fixed odd bet for small amount for second place. They did not pay the amount in the ticket. When I call TAB TOLD 2 finished 2nd.What would happen is some one put large amount for 2ns place. Hence there corrupted rule diside 2 2nd place. I never seen 2 2nd places nevertheless they would have paid full amount as in recelI lost small amount but some one might lost big amount as TAB saying 2 2nd place. In the results only 3 winer 2nd and 3rd. No indication of two 2nd places. They just cheating my mony like before. This got worse when Nz sold TAB to UK/Ausi company.

• The new tab website/app is the worst betting website Ive ever used in my life. Very slow response hard to see no early payout no cash out during the games or after bad odds. I was hoping new one is better than old one so I used a week and I will not go back to TAB again old one was way way better. Whoever made this website the team must be fresh graduate from school. They dont have any idea what customers need.

• This is a terrible website that is difficult to navigate and really slow. No multi bets on horse racing ie patents lucky 15s etc. It looks to have gone backwards compared to other sports bet sites. Really a poor effort and not really acceptable.Not sure the reasoning for the change in the website but this is like betting in the dark ages. Obviously no consideration of the users and looks like its just an exercise in getting more profit for no input. Absolute rubbish site.

• The new nz tab website awful to use . There was nothing wrong with the old layout. The layout they have come up with has been poorly thought out. The colours and font choices are terrible

Utterly unusable / At the 44 hour mark of placing 6 multis.Got two on in 2640 minutes.

• Since last Thursday (8 days ago) when I first went to use the new website (Using laptop or PS4 means no APP and prefer the bigger image) I have gone to place 6 multis. Know what I am picking. Busy. Cannot have time wasted. All rugby or league stuff. Should take maybe 20 minutes all up during break.Has taken: 8 days / 44 hours so far and it is now Friday the day of games all starting.Even made me ill and forced off work with stress and migraines.
