• Betcha re tab is a rip off started on betcha on dec 4th and was suspended from promotions on the 6th nobody answers questions why a horrible horrible betting platform TAB NZ is terrible since taken over by Entain worst odds in world and all about profit never about the customerits sad. Punters in New Zealand deserve so much more than this behavior from tab entain betcha they are now rubbish seeking assistance from Winston Peters since theyve become so bad.

• They are siplly cheating your mony most times. I put fixed odd bet for small amount for second place. They did not pay the amount in the ticket. When I call TAB TOLD 2 finished 2nd.What would happen is some one put large amount for 2ns place. Hence there corrupted rule diside 2 2nd place. I never seen 2 2nd places nevertheless they would have paid full amount as in recelI lost small amount but some one might lost big amount as TAB saying 2 2nd place. In the results only 3 winer 2nd and 3rd. No indication of two 2nd places. They just cheating my mony like before. This got worse when Nz sold TAB to UK/Ausi company.

Be careful with sports bets!

• Be careful with sports bets here ; not only odds less than elsewhere but any excuse in the fine print used to avoid a payout! On a multi all stats showed my team had 7 corners ( a winning bet ) but apparently ??? one wasnt taken 🤷‍♂️

Terrible website

• This is a terrible website that is difficult to navigate and really slow. No multi bets on horse racing ie patents lucky 15s etc. It looks to have gone backwards compared to other sports bet sites. Really a poor effort and not really acceptable.Not sure the reasoning for the change in the website but this is like betting in the dark ages. Obviously no consideration of the users and looks like its just an exercise in getting more profit for no input. Absolute rubbish site.

Placed a $1 bet on Corey Oates to score…

• Placed a $1 bet on Corey Oates to score 9th try @226 (no option for 8th) intending for this to be the next try-scorer. Oates then scores the next try to my jubilation. TAB initially say there was an mis-displaying of the 8th try-scorer market (take liability). Later called to be told 8th tryscorer market was open 40 seconds before bet was placed. Seems a very underhand and deceitful tactic from the bookies here. Not even a free bet nor payout. Disappointing TAB now deleted and money withdrawn.

No sessions in cricket matches.

• There is no sessions in cricket matches (for example: total runs in 5overs10overs 15over) option from the last 6 months or more. Other betting sites are providing the sessions option for all cricket matches. In future it would be great if TAB provided more options as this would allow us to play further.

These people dont listen to your complaints.

I have complained several times about their having only an outright winner bet on LPGA golf tournaments while for the mens tournament they have up to 30 betting options.When it comes to sport betting there are better options and dont waste your time with this oufit. Its management are ignorant and arrogant pr**ks.

• Absolute crap when their website crashes for hours before they even front up to there being a problem at their end. This is after major issues with bonus bets not being received only last weekend. I have a share in a horse racing tomorrow and cant even place a bet on it. After the latest outage which has now been ongoing for over 5 hours I have created an account with an overseas provider. Hopefully overseas agencies provide better customer service it wouldnt be hard :(

• Entainment a branch of offshore betting giants Ladbrokes have hijacked New Zealand punters with a website operational from May 1 2024 that is inferior by some margin to the one it replaced. Punters are unbable to place an all-up win or place bet on any race meeting a popular form of betting for decades. This is nothing but a disgrace! Navigating this website when placing multiple bets now requires more key strokes and in this age of technological advances that is a sin. This company has a monopoly in the market and punters are at mercy of this nonsense.

• Terrible terrible betting agency. You will be disgusted how bad of a website the nz site is to bet on. they updated it recently to something even worse than it was somehow. These guys have no idea at all about user friendly interface and have no idea aussie agencies are light years ahead of them. an honest disgrace to nz and the betting world. Bets are so slow to payout odds worst in the world totes completely unreliable yet they update by the cents and payout differences by the doller. Company needs to be investigated. streams are a laggy mess so unreliable is the main standard machines are absolutely terrible slow dont even accept 50doller notes. IMO one of the worst bnesses in NZ and a disgrace to betting industry.. just take a big miss and go to bet 365 or something that actually works
