Worried I have been hacked
- Hello not sure what is going on here but I am amazed that some companies seem to be losing the plot.I played on Saturday 29/10 (I play maybe a few times in as many months) I played with Ā£10 with the promise of play with ten get DOUBLE10 bonus. Didnt get that for some reason.Mailed them no reply. Tried to log back in back in after a mail saying I had won a free ticket (no mention of lost BONUS10) and I couldnt!!! Very worried was told I then had no account and to re-register but lost all details and any money or free tickets. Awaiting reply from them and will update. I am worried I have been hacked. What can one do?Thank you Richard

This is a rubbish site
- This is a rubbish site. It does not allow me to sign in so I try to reset my password and it will not let me. I tried to create another account and it will not allow me to do that either. I have lost confidence with this so I will not be buying a ticket for this lottery ever again.

Only play if you give your location
- I used to play the health lottery at least once a week. Suddenly in January 2021 the new Google app update asks for you to allow their location service to be allowed? Your choice is allow or disallow? If you press disallowd it says Error. You dont actually have a choice. I leave the rest up to you. P.S. I sent a message to HL and they didnt respond.

non existent customer service
- What an absolute disgrace of a customer service department this company has. It constantly ignores e-mails for help whilst spamming your inbox with e-mails asking you to play games. despite approximately a dozen e-mails to help@ I have received 1 reply and this only gained going through trust pilot. All subsequent e-mails have been ignored as usual. My last one was 11 august and despite being told on here what to head the e-mail with it has been treated the same way yes ignoredby the help team. Problem still unresolved after 4 weeks. the one star is awarded because the option of no stars is unavailable.

I had registered with the healthā¦
- I had registered with the health lottery some time ago but never used it. Today I received an email promising 50% off whatever you placed on the health lottery if you sign up for DD.So I was convinced after all this is the Health Lottery and such a good cause (is it not ?)So filled in the DD and details and was then told it would be 3 weeks before I would be entered into the first lottery. They fill you with all sorts of hype and once they have your DD details they suddenly remove the hype and dump you.The DD details it appears are the most important thing to them once they have secured that they do not care about anything else.Give it a miss folks you would be better of just playing the National Lottery.

Senders of unsolicted spam trash
- suddenly started to receive spam from them. I have asked how I got to be on the list multiple times and I am being ignored. They have told me once this was an error and that theyre sorry however I keep on asking how my personal data got released from their company and passed on to a marketing company. I have also asked what personal data the marketing company has on me but theyve now blocked me on social media for asking this question so its being referred to the ICO. Their marketing man works from a building that it full of shell companies and the Health Lottery will not disclose any contact information for him. This is so dodgy. NOT TO BE TRUSTED

Dont click on the activity email !
- I did the health Lottery for one time only then I received a link to activate my account and I thought my entry would not go through so I clicked on the link. A few days days later I just happened to check and discovered I had signed up for a DD ! Needless to say I let them know how dreadfully sneaky they were I asked them to cancel it and at the same time informed my bank of this fraudulent activity. It was not the first time they had heard about it so thankfully Im now aware of the deception so I just dont sign up for anything anymore. Be careful if you feel in doubt just dont do it. Marion
