I don’t know what has happened with Trickz’s withdrawals they used to be faster.
- I tried to withdraw to my bank account that I used to deposit but the bank returned the payment. I then tried another IBAN and since January 3rd I haven’t seen the money. It’s been really frustrating.They are blaming force majeure for the delay but I’ve been waiting for quite some time without any clear updates. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times but I can’t get in touch with the team that handles the payments. It’s very disappointing. I hope they can resolve it soon but as of now I can’t recommend this casino due to the ongoing delays and lack of communication.

- Worst gambling experience. Customer service is completely useless and they will do everything in their power to keep from paying out money. In review process leading to a withdrawal they keep coming up with new claims and stating that you have edited or tampered with documents even though they are PDFs generated from your bank. I was robbed out of 15000 euro in this process.They will do all to keep you playing even lying to you about not being able to approve documents even though they are completely in line with their guidelines. They claim that they will review documents in 15 minutes but I had to wait 6-7 hours only for a rejection a bullshit reason. In that time period I asked customer service for a status 6-7 times and they kept saying I needed to be patience but it was a straight up review. Later they said it took a long time to review because they had to reject it - even though it was a perfectly legitimate document showing the needed information.They are lying and deliberately delaying payouts every which way they can in order for you to keep playing and losing winnings.Stay away. You can deposit unlimited funds but you will never see your winnings. What a scam! I have all the documentation about the proces. If other people want to we can get together on a class action law suit. Contact me

- I was very happy with trickz before. But now they have changed everything with deposit and payout and they have not informed about this.
