• Ridiculous they closed my account after telling me to contact customer service to fix a problem. They rep told me exactly what needed to be submitted and how my issue would be fixed I submitted all my documentation and they closed my account took all my winnings and told me to open a new account. Definitely a scam site.

• So I sent them all of the information to be verified and withdraw before I made a deposit because I wont deposit if I cant withdraw. On October 26th I received an email stating that my account was verified and updated and I was good to go. I made 5 or 6 deposits between between them and now and Im this last one I won $500. I then receive an email stating that my account is in fact not verified and they need a photo of me holding my ID. Mind you I included a picture of me holding my idea along with the other documents they requested originally when they verified my account the 1st time. Now that Im looking for some money back they say I am in fact not verified and the photos Ive been sending them are not of good quality. Its completely ridiculous and I would have never deposited if I couldnt have withdrawal. They have subsequently denied my payout twice and are not looking like theyre going to pay. I will be happy to update this review if they do the right thing but Im not holding my breath.
