- One of the worst decisions to come back to this site after a few years.No fun and spending around 3 k to see dead spins and no bonus My RTP IS 16% on majority of games played and even lower. The only bonus i got payed 20 pounds on nearly 4 pound a hand....Very disappointed and will definitely change

Disappointing Treatment Of A Loyal Customer Despite Years Of Playing
- I’ve been a loyal Videoslots player for years initially joining thanks to a streamer’s recommendation. Unfortunately I’ve never received a free cash bonus or tangible recognition for my loyalty even during significant losing streaks. Most recently I asked customer support if my account could be considered for a bonus for the first time. Despite highlighting my long history with them I received repetitive responses and no resolution. I also pointed out that I lost £15 worth of Battle Of Slots entries due to unclear rules and had to cancel a £40 bonus recently because of confusing wagering requirements totalling £55 in missed bonuses. Rather than escalate the issue appropriately or provide meaningful support I was repeatedly directed to generic promotions I already knew of. The company isn’t interested in retaining loyal customers or rewarding long-term play. With so many casinos available it’s hard to justify staying with a platform that doesn’t prioritise its players. Overall this was a disappointing experience.

- Yet another casino who ignore the GC and CMA rules and add additional identification checks when you go to withdraw. Happy to accept deposits and wagers without these checks though.They will come back with some copy & pasted rubbish about needing to do ID checks as part of their legal compliance but the rules are clear that this should be done prior to any withdrawal request if possible to do so.. which it is.. Edit: as expected they’ve replied with the standard copy paste rubbish. Terms cannot override the gambling commission.

- I deposited £400 and got my balance up to £930. They they sent me an email saying my account is closed and they have returned my £400 deposit. When I enquired about the £530 winnings I hadnt received they said they had confiscated it as I broke their terms and conditions. I asked what terms I had broken and they refused to tell me what terms I had broken or how I had done so. I would avoid at all costs this website is a scam. - I strongly advise against wasting your money here! Ive faced continuous issues with withdrawals. Initially I was told my withdrawal had been processed and sent to my bank only to later find out it was denied and I was asked to change my withdrawal method. The frustrating part is that this has been my #1 withdrawal method for years and it has always worked for withdrawals.
