- I made a deposit last sunday and won. Submitted a withdrawal for this money on the same evening. I needed to verify my documents that is usual with online casino’s. But I need to even send them the bank transaction I made. Also the process is now almost taking 5 days and my withdrawal is still pending. Customer service does nothing about this issue and say they are different departments.
