I was lucky enough to win about 30.000 ... I placed 3 deferred withdraw requests 10.000 by crypto.... 500 by card and one more 20.000 again by card... (The card i use for the deposit of course) ... For the 500 send me a mail and they said that the payment approved and in 5 business days i will see the money in my bank account... For the other 2 payment requests after 3 days still nothing.... - I needed to wager €2100 to get my bonus. I got it when I had €175. I tried to withdraw it but they canceled my withdrawal took my €175 and removed €155. Now I cannot withdraw and customer support said they made an error and blamed me for betting too much which is impossible because the maximum amount is €5.I would not recommend this site; you are better off keeping your money.

Ive never had to wait this length of time for a withdrawal. Now my option to chat doesnt work.
