- Im sick of writing negative reviews for a negative aop/poker game but if Im getting mugged off by idiot players constantly then how many other honest players are too??.Just myself leaving the negs with not contribute to the overall rating of this obviously once British company (William Hill) now owned by 888 holdings being disgustingly rigged to the American policy of maximum profits from everyone regardless if they are loyal long time customers or newbies its basically a free for all like the 1849 gold rush in california but its meant to be a random card generated poker and casino app.I think 888 totally disregarded this policy and just milked every customer for 80% rtp instead of the average 90 plus and all the bots they have going claims another 40% of that.And thats just for the people who always deposit.Its worse when you play the free tournaments etc.You just cannot compete no matter how professional you are against a rigged machine.Simple common sense that isnt common for so many reasons.

Request takes way too long
- 3 months ago I initiated a refund request because WH was offering games illegally to Dutch citizens.Still havent received any update on the case which is being handled by a special department. Every time I chat with someone I get the same scripted response that I have to wait for a update. Its kinda crazy how such a request can take longer than three months while Unibet Betsson N1 Casino solved it in under 2 weeks.This is highly ridiculous the people in the chat keep saying that they will ask for a update which clearly is a lie.

- Ive had mixed results with Hills over the years. Online slots go from good pay outs to dead spins and nothing.Betting is fine. No issues there.They give you a good range of slots free spins if you bet regularly. A lot more than other bookies.They dont like you playing their free Bonus Drop game. Even though it is provided for FREE everyday if you keep playing it they will stop you. The excuse they give is rubbish because they still allow you to bet with no restrictions and bombard you with special offers. And the new Bonus boost drop is a load of rubbish. All you get is free scratch cards that give you nothing.Since Hills got taken over by 888 the scatter bonuses and jackpots on the slots have took a big nose dive. Worst games are the Big Bass series. Jackpots have gone way down. It makes you not want to spend money because the returns are rubbish.The one saving grace of WH is I love listening to their horse racing radio! Apart from that I dont really trust WH like I used to and wouldnt recommend them to others

- I have been a loyal customer of William hill for years but what I cant tolerate is this kind of customer neglect. I fund with 10 quid a month and use promotions in between and then I get this message with no explanation. And customer service agents dont and wont tell you why and use a bot to end chat. Their promotions are so much worse and sad to see this sort of decline. I have halted further fundin to WH.After a thorough review Im sorry to inform you that your account can no longer participate to the Bonus Drop.

- Placed a bet builder on William hill a cash out during the first half but all through the second half no cash out even though I was waiting on 1 corner on the footballā¦. How is that even possible not to have a decent cash out on a bet with 15 minutes to go and needing one corner. The reason I use William hill is for the cash out. One of the rules why cash out may be suspended is something may be happening eg a goal/ corner / pen. The ball was in the middle of the pitch and it was saying cash out suspensed. Ridiculous and cheating! The bet was 1000/1 and I was waiting for one corner from any team with 15 minutes to go cash out was suspended all second half with only 1 card and one corner needed.

Used to be good now just take your money
- I have just deleted my account after over 20 years. It used to be a good company years ago but in the last couple of years especially their odds dropped the tech issues increased and the customer service went from OK/poor to pretty dismal. Its now so pathetic sick of being bounced around chat-bots followed by some rude human responses I just cancelled my account. Time to move on plenty of other better options out there.

- I am writing this review to try to warn people i recently witnessed a lad in a William Hill and as i was in the shop he got destroyed for well over Ā£600 so i told him of my own recent experiences with bookies FOBTS and that the last time i used one I myself got the money back on online roulette (im not suggesting or advocating online or any form of gambling but would 1 million percent advise it over bookies roulette/slots) and i suggest he got on it and BOOM he took well over Ā£980 off Ā£100 !!!!My point is and i have done this myself as mentioned YOU CANNOT WIN ON BOOKIES FOBT ROULETTE ANYMORE !!!!
