- This site is committing fraud. They are selling chips to players but using fake players to steal those chips back so that the player buys more. Contact the Federal Trade Commission and let them know that Playtika is defrauding people out of their money.

THE CLOWN STAFF AT WSOP
- Ok I ask again? Why are we forced to give even 1 star to these companies that clearly deserve 0 stars or even - stars?? WSOP is one of them. This was my personal experience and personal opinion!! I joined this garbage site about 2 months ago and things were going well and then for no reason at all this bull.... site decided to lower my status as a player which cost me at least 20 hrs of play just to get back to where I was. They gave me no real reason and they left it at that. So being retired love to play poker so I thought it may take time to get back but time I have. A few days later my status was dropped to the point where it would take 40 hrs now to get back to where I was originally. I decided to contact support once again and this time got no response whatsoever. I also noticed that people who have no idea how to play will call you all the way to the river and even though you had them crushed they will be given a card to beat your hand!! It happens way too often to be a coincidence. Its true they are a free site to play but they do whatever they can to get you to pay and because I moved up the ranks very quickly without buying chips to play I believe is the reason my rank was destroyed. Anyways if you like poker without the bull.... Do Not Download WSOP!! The site is a joke!! As I stated this is my personal opinion but if you look at their star rating on trustpilot I dont think you will find any site and or company with a lower one. All of these true poker players cant be wrong!!

- This game is such a scam. I find it hard to believe its operating legally. The winning streaks AND the losing streaks are so miraculously ridiculous its obvious its all just an algorithm designed to get you to buy chips. Something I would actually consider doing if it actually played like a poker game. Another thing that is very clearly a rigged scam is literally EVERY SINGLE time i build up momentum for their stupid system the game will start lagging so bad or just freeze and kick me out the table so that I lose all my momentum that took time to get. Literally every single time. Id be a moron to think thats an accident and Id be an even bigger moron to play this app and expect it to be like real poker.

- I have so many concerns about the fairness of WSOP. I think its been able to avoid controversy with gaming gambling & poker commissions because its free to play. However people are spending enormous amounts of money on in-app purchases. Im on a team & during team cycles they offer a chance to use gems to speed up momentum get additional momentum & get more team points faster. It takes about 4 hrs to reach max momentum to get the most points for your team. Since its not possible to win enough gems you have to buy them. However after you buy them you can only play for about an hour. After you start building momentum the game will either shut down or kick you out and make you start over. This has happened to everyone on my team. So they are charging you money for something that is definitely not attainable. And that is against the law

- It is so obvious that the game purports to be free-to-play but then it uses bots and dealers (in player vs dealer games) to receive power hands to clean you out and have to buy chips to keep playing.It lets you win at the start to create an addiction and kicks in the slaughter. I saw 3 straight flushes (2 within 15 minutes of each other) in a 3-hour 6-player session maybe a 1000 hands max. The mathematical probability of that occuring is ridiculously low unless it is rigged.

It’s not just about losing—its about the constant pressure to buy more chips sometimes multiple times a day. There’s no mercy; it feels like they’re just out to take your money rather than letting people enjoy the game. WSOP needs to remember that players are here to have fun not to be drained of their money.

- Please do yourself a favor. Never play this game or use any products from Playtika. The cards are not random. Many of the players are BOTS. This website really should be investigated. This cant be legal in the United States. It is obviously not a game with random cards being dealt. Just terrible.
