- I recently reactivated my WorldWinner account after a long period of inactivity. After verifying my email and earning approximately 33000 points I was looking forward to saving and using them. However the very next day I logged in and discovered that all of my points were gone.Additionally I noticed an unfamiliar email address associated with my account. When prompted to log into this email to confirm my account I was unable to do so as I did not recognize it. Initially I assumed it might be related to Apples email masking feature so I didnt think much of it. However given the situation this now seems highly suspicious.It’s worth noting that I haven’t used WorldWinner in a long time so I had to reestablish my account verify my email and earn points. To my dismay those hard-earned 33000 points were used to redeem a $50 Amazon gift card without my authorization. I’ve requested that the company track the gift card number to identify who redeemed it as it was certainly not me. This situation has left me deeply upset and frustrated.In an attempt to secure my account I immediately changed my password and continued using the platform since there was still money remaining in my account. However just two days later my account was inexplicably deleted.While I initially received a response from the fraud department requesting my information there has been no follow-up despite my repeated attempts to reach out via email. The lack of communication and resolution has been extremely disappointing. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly as I feel unsupported and vulnerable after this experience.

- I love playing various games on the WorldWinner app & website! The games are only 3 minutes long. I can compete with others all over the world. I like that we are matched with a competitor at the same skill level as me.Customer service is great too. They are quick to respond to your help ticket. I also like entering their daily contests offered on their Facebook page...they draw 1 winner for every 25 entries so thats pretty good odds; Ive won $20 game credits several times.

- Been addicted to WorldWinner Solitaire Rush for 20 years now. I like to unwind with it at the end of the day. Any technical issues Ive had that required an entry fee refund have been promptly addressed. There was one time when the system thought I was in a no-gambling state when I actually wasnt though which took a while to resolve. Cant see any reason why Id ever stop playing although I wish I won more often; after all this time my skills still havent improved!

- I was surprised by the novelties that have been added in recent months such as new games as well as the possibility of winning interesting prizes through game money such as points to redeem. It is appreciated that in case of failure in loading the game it is not lost but can be played again. If they were to add a new game I would love for it to be some version of Minesweeper.

- There was a delay in a response from my bank regarding a deposit which corresponded with a special matching my dollar amount. The delay resulted in me missing the special through no fault of my own just over abundance of caution with my bank. I was credited with some extra bucks. Not what I would have with the special but it was nice to have the person recognize my dilemma.

The agent was helpful and courteous
- There was a sporadic outage with the app and I had some issues during games that caused me to lose the games (app froze during game play and the game continued but I wasn’t able to play/score points). I reported the issue on 6/07 and got my money refunded (on 6/08) for the affected games plus some extra for the inconvenience! The customer service thus far has been great. Also of all the gaming apps I’ve tried WorldWinner seems to be the least rigged! I’ve been playing WorldWinner for about 6 months or so and so far my experience has been very positive.

- What made my experience greatWith worldwide was the fact that I was able to download the app without any problems and my account was credited almost instantly.I had fun playing the games with other players online and everything was fun. What made my experience great
- I have had more good experiences than bad with your company. Although recently I was a little disappointed because I was not able to play the premier games because of technical problems. A few times the games just cut off before I had time to complete them which was frustrating. The Yahtzee game is offered more than a lot of my favorite games such as dynamite and Bejeweled.

- Overall it is alot of fun. When the system is experiencing difficulties and we all think it is our computer maybe you could send an alert out. There used to be more opportunities to earn extra points I miss those. There is too much space spent on tournaments explanations etc. Some of us just want to play. - Games arent rigged but the way they always pit you against people with similar skill and how the large percentage of the combined entry fee sometimes north of 30% guarantees you cant get ahead in these skill games. Free practice games dont match the difficulty level of the cash games.

- Used to enjoy playing all the games but any tournament that they have listed is a scam. They reel you in by saying the winner gets $20 but then when you win they just credit everyone their tournament beginning fee back and never pay you. 2 different tournaments in 2 days and both the same result. LIARS AND SCAMMERS!! Does every casino game scam everyone. Not one has been legit. WorldWinner is downright SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!

- I have been playing Worldwinner games for more than 15 years. In the past year a number of games seem to have super playersthat score unimaginable scores over and over.I think WW needs to investigate the use of programs that can be installed that assist players in getting these high scores especially in Dynomite Bingo and Bejeweled.. I believe there have been adjustments made to WW software that favor the members who spend the most money so that they win more ofthen especially with the Bingo game
