• This is a scam site. When you become “good” is when the bots come out. You’re lucky if you win a game. I’m the queen of second place to players that all of a sudden pop up and have play 500k games. You’re supposed to be put with players at your skill level. If “someone” has played 500k games to my 4k games they are not in the same skill level. This is happening to everyone. I think a class action suit should be started.

• So it was good at first. you could play win if you are lucky and withdraw. then allover sudden accounts started being closed because my country kenya is not eligible. mind you some of my friends are able to play upto date but when they withdraw the accounts get closed.So Im thinking they just trying to get peoples details and then banning them anyhow. Also i dont think games are the same in tournaments . Very interesting. They need not to approve an account from the go if a country is not eligible. Oh and they wont send what you have won before closing just what you deposited 🙄

• Claimed a reward for a $100 Amazon gift card but never received it. Emailed them and they never responded. Left a review in the App Store about it and they responded by saying I need to contact their fraud department and they would help me. I put in the website and it sent me here.

• The games are great i just noticed that some players have no averages on games it just says TBD. And they are winning the top prices just very interesting.

• I recently reactivated my WorldWinner account after a long period of inactivity. After verifying my email and earning approximately 33000 points I was looking forward to saving and using them. However the very next day I logged in and discovered that all of my points were gone.Additionally I noticed an unfamiliar email address associated with my account. When prompted to log into this email to confirm my account I was unable to do so as I did not recognize it. Initially I assumed it might be related to Apples email masking feature so I didnt think much of it. However given the situation this now seems highly suspicious.It’s worth noting that I haven’t used WorldWinner in a long time so I had to reestablish my account verify my email and earn points. To my dismay those hard-earned 33000 points were used to redeem a $50 Amazon gift card without my authorization. I’ve requested that the company track the gift card number to identify who redeemed it as it was certainly not me. This situation has left me deeply upset and frustrated.In an attempt to secure my account I immediately changed my password and continued using the platform since there was still money remaining in my account. However just two days later my account was inexplicably deleted.While I initially received a response from the fraud department requesting my information there has been no follow-up despite my repeated attempts to reach out via email. The lack of communication and resolution has been extremely disappointing. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly as I feel unsupported and vulnerable after this experience.

• After reading previous reviews I see Im not the only one that has been scammed. It didnt used to be this way. Ive ben a member since 2007 and I never had a problem. Now my account has been hacked. All my points are gone and the little game credits I had are all gone. Like others here I was advised to contact the fraud dept. I did this MULTIPLE times no response. But wait it got worse. They were able to get into my paypal to pay for games and stole $150.00 out of my Paypal acct. I reported right away and Paypal returned my money thankfully. On Paypal there was a merchant number but when I called it said it was not in service. What a surprise! I tried to go into my WW acct and they closed my acct without my knowledge. I am done. I would love to report them but Im not sure to whom.They have finally reached out to me and resolved all the issues. I would have given 5 stars but took away one star for length of time it took to resolve my issues.

• Ive been on this game site since 2011. Within the past 2 weeks Ive been blocked out of cash games 3x because of their stupidity in locating me in a state that doesnt allow cash games. Im NOT in a blocked state - Im in the same state Ive been in since I was born and Im 62 yrs old. Their non-existent customer service just makes excuses that I must be traveling (nope) or my ISP must be routing me through a blocked state (nope). Ive been playing for 13 yrs with no location problem but now I have to keep PROVING where I am??? Sounds like a scam to me!To WorldWinner - As Ive explained to you my ISP is NOT routed through any other states. I have a STATIC IP address and it NEVER LEAVES my state. This is nothing but your generic BS that youre using to scam your members and make it sound like you care all the while stealing people blind. And your Fraud and Risk people are named right - they know how to commit fraud and dealing with them is a MAJOR risk unless people like losing money. Theyre the idiots who keep unlocking my account only to turn around a few days later and lock it again claiming Im NOT WHERE I AM!! If you knew what you were talking about I would NOT be able to connect to your site through my cell service. Ive given you IRREFUTABLE PROOF 3 times that I am where I say I am so stop your lies and stop scamming your members and FIX THIS ISSUE.

• I’m up around 5000$ in the last 2 weeks. If you have any intention of ever winning money don’t waste your time with worldwinner. Talk about a double standard they claim there games are based on skills but if you become to skillful and win to many matches they will restrict you from being able to play certain cash tournaments while it’s still being offered to others. So keep in mind that it’s skill based until it’s no longer convenient for worldwinner. Have proof pictures support messages to back this claim up as well if anyone is skeptical. So before you invest your time and money into worldwinner just know that if you do end up becoming a top player they will essentially refuse you service on the games you win excessively. Seems a little twisted and wrong to host a skill based platform and then to punish players for exceeding a certain level of skill. It’s discriminatory to offer such tournaments and to refuse these tournaments to others for solely “winning to often”. There have been no limitations on the amount of tournaments allowed to be open at one time you guys still offer a 35$ blitz Yahtzee tournament and a 13.50$ standard Yahtzee tournament that I have zero access to coincidentally right after I withdrew 4500$. I haven’t been able to play it for over a month and it’s still being offered on worldwinner just not to me I have proof and have submitted evidence of friends accounts with the tournaments still being offered as well through support messages it’s a very shady business practice to restrict players from playing such tournaments not restricting how many they can have open at one time but entirely removed these tournaments from me being able to play at all.

Watch out For Location Scam!

• Used to enjoy playing all the games but any tournament that they have listed is a scam. They reel you in by saying the winner gets $20 but then when you win they just credit everyone their tournament beginning fee back and never pay you. 2 different tournaments in 2 days and both the same result. LIARS AND SCAMMERS!! Does every casino game scam everyone. Not one has been legit. WorldWinner is downright SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!
