Gotta Clear The Air A Bit

• Okay. Let me clear up a few things. Yes the site is slow with support response. No phone number or live chat kinda sucks.. I waited about 3 days for a response about my document verification. I was panicking after seeing all these negative reviews. I won 5000 and really thought I was being ignored and scammed...So all in one shot I gave them everything I thought they would ask for I gave my License Passport Proof of address proof of pay (Just a pic of my debit card blocking out the middle 8 digits with my fingers) and I even took a selfie holding my drivers license. After I did this it took them 1 full day to respond. They verified my account and I was able to withdraw. That was 10 mins ago. They say it can take up to a week to get the funds. Ill update when I do. They need to be cut a bit of slack. They are not instant with withdrawals but they seem legit. Dont loose sleep over thinking your money is gone. It isnt sit tight. If your I.D cant be verified send a msg to support through that little msg chat bubble on the site in the lower right corner wait for a response once you get it (theyll probably tell you that you need to upload your license or passport again) give them ALL the documents I mentioned and give them no room to ask for anything else. Its kinda beating them to the punch lol. Hope this helps.
