• Do NOT use this site ! They offer multiple bonuses. So example deposit 500 and receive 500 500 goes in the cashier 500 in bonus section. I did multiple deposits they don’t explain you have to complete all the rollovers before you are able to cash out fine . So they have the bonus section and the cashier section today I had 19000 in my bonus section you convert the bonus to the cashier . Today they manually converted the bonus and added 10000 . I said I had 19000 in there and they said yes you can onlyConcert 10k from bonus. So i said ok then please put the bonus back and they would not do it . These scam artists will literally rob your money . Normally any site would say ok we are going to convert but you can only take out 10000 don’t you think I would have left it in there and tried to at least wager with it ? I’ve read other reviews and there’s are hundreds of people with the same problem. I reported them but I can’t believe they allow them to operate and not shut them down

• I opened yesterday they approved it charged my card made some bets won some. Today their fraud department is asking me for several documentation my billing statements photo with my ID and credit card. I refused because Im not comfortable sending my photos. Now they refused me to access it and said they will refund my initial deposit back to my credit card. This is a scam.

Terrible Bookie go elsewhere

• I’ve gambled a lot with them only reason being I’ve self-excluded from other bookies due to gambling problem. However this bookie is disturbingly bad. Despite me gambling likely over 50000 dollars with them I’ve received maybe 100 dollars max worth of free play points. On top of that their website is super laggy and you can actually end up confirming a bet due to a long buffering page. They will refuse to cancel any wager even if it’s due to their slow website acting up. I highly recommend any other website

Expected Juice Fees for Bets but BetDSI Charge huge fees for payouts

• Site works pretty well but be very very careful with bonuses offered free bets etc. We all accept that bookies get juice off each bet but once you start winning expect a huge fee when you request a payout. Just requested a payout of $3900 for winnings they charged a payout fee of 362.00. Turned me off so bad I immediately closed my account.

• Warning scam website! Extremely hard to get your money out. The processes for getting a payout is extremely complicated and time consuming I’ve been trying for weeks. I’ve been on hold with moneygram for an eternity trying to get the money out. The other options for payouts have insanely high fees or are for other currencies like bitcoin.

Beware of deposit bonuses get clarification

• Beware of any free or deposit bonuses. They use some crazy math that basically results in more than 20X the bonus to withdrawal. They claim its 4x but its actually is your deposit+ bonus+ any initial wins x20. Its not favorable to the customer. If you really want to deposit DONT use a bonus or at least get clarification before you deposit including fees to withdraw. I hope my review helps.

• Great site with plenty of bets to chose from.My only complaint holding them from 5 stars is they take to long to payout causing me to not be able to parlay winnings into new bets. If payouts where completed withing hours of a game finishing I would be able to place a lot more bets.

BetDSI is out to cheat you not to serve you

• Stay away from BetDSI! This company offers several sportsbooks. They offer big bonuses to sign up. But if you are a successful bettor they remove the sportsbook with the best odds leaving you with a large rollover to bet on their less favorable books. In my case they removed the sportsbook right after I made a deposit and they did not even inform me that they were taking away the good sportsbook. I only figured it out after contacting customer service to ask why the sportsbook was not working. They basically took my money and then changed the rules to make betting less favorable. Since I had not made any bets I asked for my deposit back. Not only did they not consider that but they would not even cancel the bonus. They wanted to stick me with the big rollover even though I had not used the bonus in any way. Their customer service is nothing of the sort. They are not looking to help you solve a problem but instead just keep restating their inflexible rules. I spoke to several agents and one supervisor and got the same stale lines from each. They advised that they could not accept the deposit (even though it went thru on their end) and I needed to cancel. Since they accepted the Zelle deposit I could not cancel the transaction. I contacted BetDsi and spoke with Brian who agreed to send me back the money via Zelle. Brian assured me they would Zelle me back the money. Its day three and no Zelle.
