Refusal to pay out winning bet
- Ninefold bet place on Villa vs PSG one line included a player who came on in the 58th minute bet was live until all parameters were met and won and then they voided it and claimed it was a bet builder.Bet builder has a different tab I didnt use so was a ninefold accumulator on game all won and no win paid out.They have voided lines of my bet in the past resulting in removing the odds for that specific selection but claim as its a bet builder (which again i didnt click or use) they can just void the whole bet instead of paying out.Scummy company AVOID.

- Doubtless MGM will reply to trot out the were regulated line but I found the percentage of winning spins to losing spins way way lower than just about every other online casino I have played. It took an age to get free spins and when I did the payouts were pathetic. I played a range of games over two and bit days and every single game did the same. I did not win on one game overall.I was staggered seeing the sheer volume of poor reviews here - I was warned and I didnt listen. Dont make the same mistake - you will be better off for it

- They let me deposit and place bets for months but requested documentation after I submitted my first withdrawal request. This is poor and moreover is against the terms of their licensing agreement with the gambling commission. I submitted a complaint and was told to expect an email the following morning. Of course no email was received and they are still witholding the funds and have blocked me from accessing the account.Terrible customer service. Considering just letting them hold the money and taking it to the ombudsman purely on principle.

- I had one reasonable win £20 @ 7s and was subsequently restricted to pennies. How the hell can these firms operate under license when they dont offer their basic service. i am still constantly bombarded with enticements for the Casino which is the crack cocaine of the business and i have no interest in. It is despicable behaviour and the Gambling Commission have an awful lot to answer for here in the destruction of a once thriving business. Sports betting is now dead and buried. Avoid BetMGM.

- Suspended my account after 12 months while had a withdrawal pending which they cancelled and had open bets - so was unable to cash out or check.Truly shocking.They are just being so difficult and Sean was so unhelpful. - Im so surprised at these reviews.. My own experience is much different and positive. Won some money last night through the mgm millions and in my account today. Won a small amount last week and in my bank the next. I do believe in people complaining about something that is wrong. But ut I also do believe in saying what is right and so far MGM bet are doing things exactly right. Again my own experience but from my point of view keep up the good work.

- So this must be the worst site for promotions. They dont target them at what kind of games you play i.e. all.my offers are for sports betting when I only play on the online casino. Then theres the issue of almost every night getting the same 1 non paying spin on Big Bass Splash on the golden wheel. Why even have other things in the wheel?! It always lands on the same. - If I could give zero stars I would. Their sports betting is ok low odds compared to other companies and close the betting before the races set off if it’s passed the allotted time the main issue though is the Casino section and the slots. Companies claim to have a random algorithm but these are just plain con artists. Stay well away. I’ve spent well over £600 and not even had a bonus feature let alone a decent win amount. These slots are rigged to make the company money plain and simple. Don’t fool yourself that at some point they will start playing in your favour. They won’t!! Avoid Bet MGM - Useless and unhelpful
- I tried to withdraw a small amount of winnings from my account but was then presented with a raft of verification requirements. These included providing photos of the front and back of my debit cards. I told them I was not prepared to privide such details which would include my full account details iicluding the CVV number. No one should ever be given these details in my opinion. I cancelled my account with them owing me about £20 plus a small stake in an outstanding wager on the Grand National. They refused to reimburse me.UPDATE: Despite saying on here hat they would contact me directly Bet MGM never did get back to me. If anyone does want to use these people you must be prpared to jump through hoops to get any money out of them. I have been told that a copy of your debit card with the CVV number covered with tape so that it cannot be seen would be accepted by most companies as proof....Whether or not MGM will acceppt this I do not know. If they will they should have told me when I raised the matter.

The betting content is good app not so much
- The betting content is pretty good and odds are decent. My only gripe is the app which takes a long time to log into and can be quite laggy. Ive deleted and reinstalled but it hasnt changed so I guess its the app itself. Wouldnt be my primary betting shop for this reason and doesnt have the sports coverage of bet365. Decent otherwise.
