- Whacked a tenner into a new account and was greeted by the £30 of free bets (3x £10 on various products) got a winner and waited an hour for promotion to appear subsequently went onto chat and was told I suddenly wasnt eligible.Complete scam. Luckily I took 4 X my stake back withdrew funds and Ive now subsequently closed my account.(Just for readers information the request they send is just to verify who you are not for any other reason)

- Unfortunately I cant enter zero stars... Absolute fraudsters... I have had my account a couple of years... I started off with one bank and there was no problem there.. I then switched banks and my new card was fine... I added and withdrew funds on It my new bank then sent out a new card and the other card was made redundant. Betuk then asked for photos of the new card which I forwarded... They then insisted on a photo of the previous card even though that could not be used and funds would be returned to that..I told them that was impossible... Eventually they accepted the redundant card.. I was then told to deposit on the latest card.. which I did last night 7th April when I tried to withdraw that I was told there was no eligible card to withdraw to... So they have deleted that... I also discovered this morning that someone tried to withdraw £230 from the account it wasnt me so it has to be someone who has access to my account so I may have to contact the police.. As I knew I couldnt withdraw those sort of funds and that the account is worthless as I cant place bets on it... They then asked for details of the very first bank account which I refused this should have been asked for over 2 years ago when the account was opened. They are saying that I agreed this under their terms and conditions when I joined these under the gambling commission guidelines to bookmakers are redundant when it can be reasonably expected for knowing your customer be obtained... I have dealt with a lot of their staff and there is a huge level of incompetence there I have raised this with resolver and will go to IBAS the gambling commission the data commissionaire and others I feel are relevant

- This is a terrible site. And clearly by my review Im not the only one being robbed by these crooks. These are linked to leo vegas which is another site which takes full advantage of people. Where do I start. I played 900 pounds in one night. Without any feature. On one pound stake. ( I questioned Live chat if my rtp was correct as odd not to see a feature on 1 pound stake. Off 900 pounds straight)I thought I was well within my rights to ask that question. Next day account closed. Every excuse in the book not to reopen it. - I am leaving one star as it is not possible to leave zero.I have had my account well over a year depositing and withdrawing regularly. I have verified my account previously.However having tried to make a withdrawal from my account this weekend it is now suspended awaiting verification. I was asked for 3 separate documents which have been provided and accepted however my account is still not reinstated and I still do not have access to my funds. I have attempted to resolve this via live chat however just keep getting fobbed off each time as they have no idea what they are doing - initially told all sorted awaiting an email to then not receive anything to now being told they have no timescale and to wait out the process (if that ever happens).This is taking far too long for a simple ‘verification’ when the information is already accepted especially when the withdrawal is for such a small amount.

- I have put one star as Im unable to leave no stars I have been with betuk for about two years and have deposited money on a regular basis The first time I try to withdraw money they want proof the card I deposited money with is mine! Even though it has my name on it and it is the same card I deposited money into their account with. So they want a letter from the bank saying the card belongs to me they also want a picture of my previous card (now expired). The bank didnt know what I was talking about so betuk have said ask them (the bank) for a subject access request and they will have to send you it. Very poor over a £50 withdrawal.UPDATE!!!!So Ive been in the bank today and asked for a letter with proof of ownership of my bank cards (including the one that had expired). When I explained the situation I got laughed at. They said the bank would have verified the cards when I was making a deposit. They said that I would have to make an appointment as there is no template for this and they would to type everything on to headed paper. They said I have never heard of this before and that if I were you I would check with the relevant governing bodies as this seems to be going beyond any legal requirement. I now have an appointment next week at the bank and will complain to betuks governing body. Further updates to follow.FURTHER UPDATE!!!!They now have all the information requested still no withdrawal. It just says verification pending been like that for a week looks like a trip to a small claims court.Update to follow.

- If you lose your bank card theyll make you go to a bank and ask for a form which doesnt exist and if you dont send it (which of course you cant ) then you wont get your money. No other company asks for this apart from the leovegas owned firmsTheyll also close your account and take your bonuses away with having the decency to tell you.
