WARNING DO NOT USE

• Had a bet voided when it should have been settled as a winner (was setlled as a winner on every other book). After about an hour long wait in the queue for live chat I was greeted by an extremely unhelp and slow worker who refused to give me a valid reason for voiding my bet. He eventually stated a rule which did not apply to my bet and said the rule had been written incorrectly and should apply to my bet. When i called this out he abruptly ended the chat which was extremely rude. Do not use betway use any other major book. They will absolutely rob you.

Liars and crooks

• Betway have a feature on their website where you can spin every day and get a randomly allocated amount of spins. For months it was sincerely random culminating a couple of weeks ago in a very fortutious 30 pound plus win for me on one of the games.Since then betway have rigged the game ensuring I get the lowest amount of spins 1 every single time. This has happened over 20 times now which is statistically borderline impossible. In reading this crooked companys other reviews on this website Ive since discovered Im not the only one.I contacted their customer service and they had the audacity to insist to me that the game remains random which is a bare faced lie. They then gave me the email address of their manager who I tried to contact about the issue but never heard back from.They are liars playing a fradulent game punishing me for having the audacity to actually win on a game.

• What has happened to betway. A word of warning for anyone new thinking of using this company. I added a replacement debit card won a small amount tried to withdraw it despite getting on chat which took for ever 4 days on the trot they could not resolve the issue quoting terms n conditions and drawn out bullshit have made it almost impossible to withdraw the money . So i will never use them again which is bad business for them and i recommend no one else to use them they can let you deposit but put every obstacle in the way of a withdrawal. Casino rugged how they get away with it is beyond me . Be careful

• I had a very bad experience with the bookmaker Betway. After I won my account was suddenly blocked and the withdrawal process was halted. They then required additional verification which I promptly completed according to their instructions. After a while I received an email asking for more information. I provided the requested details hoping for a quick resolution but after escalating the issue all communication stopped. Now I still havent received any response and cannot withdraw my winnings. Such treatment of customers is a clear lack of professionalism and honesty. I highly advise against using Betways services!

• Exteamly difficult to contact if you have a problem. When you go onto chat there is usually up to 20 ahead in queue and do they think it is ok to let you wait like you have nothing better to do? There is no email option either to email your query/problem. I think the regulator needs to step in and advise this is not acceptable.

Incredibly poor customer service

• Incredibly poor customer service. 6 hour wait on live chat if you ever get in. My mums account is locked so cant withdraw her money. No way of unlocking it as contacting Betway is impossible. DO NOT TOUCH BETWAY. Read the reviews. Theyll have their licence revoked really soon.

• Good luck trying to get a decent win. The slots are rubbish. Dead spins all of the time. Very little pay out. I was playing Green Wizard. Got the scatter bonus. Won £0.28. Wow!!Super prize wheel is a con. You have to spend £10 on slots and then you get a chance for higher money prizes or spins. More often than not you only get 5 free spins which is the sort of thing you get on the free prize wheel. The one time I did get 20 free spins it was on Crabbin Megaways which paid out sweet fa.Cant recommend Betway at all.

• After winning a few thousand quid wouldnt let me withdraw to the card Id deposited with. No phone support no live chat NO EMAIL SUPPORT! Only way to contact them was on Twitter.Eventually dumped the lot back figured there was only half a chance of getting my money out anyway.Then got a VOIP call from India or thereabouts wanting funding information from me. • Terrible Experience – Avoid Betway at All Costs!I have had an awful experience with Betway. This company is completely unreliable and seems to have no regard for customer service. When I submitted a withdrawal request they simply ignored it as if it never happened. To make things worse when I tried replying to their email for support I received an automatic response saying that the address (support @betway.com) is no longer being monitored. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue there has been no further communication or effort on their part.It’s astonishing that with all the advertising they do they can’t be bothered to provide even basic customer support. Last call 4 days ago saying my depositing was backed up and would be cleared 1st April. Tried and still cant deposit. Bunch of scammers. Avoid at all costs!!

• Was told to verify my account which I did. Because I used a relatives card who gave me permission to do so they decided that my bet which I won didn’t stand and said they will refund me my deposit amount but not my winnings. If there that strict surely they should get everything verified before taking your deposit instead of waiting till you’ve give them money. Avoid at all costs seems to be a regular thing!!

• I have deposited & won tried to withdraw my money to no avail. I have emailed betway & had an automatic response telling me it is no longer taking emails. When I try to withdraw it keeps telling me to choose a method which is where the deposit came from in the beginning but it will not accept this method. My bets on England Ireland & New Zealand placed many months ago still are not showing on my account I had a reply from Betway which I responded to immediately however I’ve had nothing back after my response The custom service is atrocious Where are my bets ?? The worst customer support in the industry

• The worst customer support in the entire industry. It is impossible since about a month ago to reach someone on live chat. Twitter support doesnt do anything after they reply to your initial query. The only way to get support now is by making formal complaints. They also do not credit free bets that they have advertised to customers over email automatically you have to chase them up and it takes weeks to get a result.EDIT:I have since been contacted by Betway but it is now a week since they contacted me. They initially offered a resolution but since I agreed they have become unresponsive and have not actioned the resolution.

Withdrawal £2500 not paid

• I have won £2500 withdrawal since Wednesday 6th December they asked for my identifications with utility bills all provided.
