absolute scam
- absolute scam i registered and got unregistered because I didnt supply my documents.... I did this 6 times until I called them and asked why it still hasnt gone through all of a sudden it got registered.they canceled my account and the service told me to reregister ( apparently regular procedure ) Today I reregistered and won 1200 from 50 they once again canceled my account..... stay away stay away stay away.EDIT. all of my money was kept and nothing paid.

Give me my $30
- I dont like writing mean reviews of companies but I have to say something about my experience here. On Jan 1 I deposited $30 via interact. The money did not arrive but it left my bank account so I contacted their customer service and I was told that sometimes it takes a little bit of time for deposits to arrive.So I should wait 24 hours so thats what I did. After 24 hours the money was still not there so I contacted Them again and they asked me to send proof of me sending my money. I sent them the confirmation from the bank as well as the statement from the day before(the day of the deposit) showing the money leaving my account. The said they will forward It to their operation department and will get back to me with in 24 hours. Then they emailed me saying it looks like the money did not arrive because the request expired but within 36 hours I will get a response. I dont hear back for 4 days so this morning I email them saying its over 36 hours where is my money? They said they are sorry for the experience and I should send them proof that it left my account. Again I sent them the screen shots and bank Statements and told them to either send me back $30 or give me a $30 betting credit. They got back to me an hour later saying there is no proof that the money was sent and I should send them proof that It left my bank account something I did 3 times already and that they will forward it to their operations department(again). They are Mullipn billion dollar betting company. $30 means more to me than to them but they are scamming me out of it. Bwin give me back my money or give me $30 betting credit and I will take the review down. Otherwise I hope everyone can see how much of a scam they are. Thank you

All these comments are a load of rubbish i made a decent size withdrawal and read these then started to panick slightly it was in my account the next day. no doubt most of these comments are from people moaning about welcome bonuses. Predatory practices - no welcome bonus
- Predatory practices. They let you sign up and bet but then wont offer the sign up bonus wont say exactly why. Will make an official complaint to the Gambling Commission. If you intend to block someone from having the welcome bonus at least tell them before they deposit or gamble money some sites do that and its fair that way. Wont recommend or use again.

- This company has the worst communications. Small payouts are fine. As soon as there an issue good luck trying to get it solved. Customer service will respond you’ll get 8 different people apologizing and thanking you for your patience and two weeks later operations does not do their work. Senior management doesnt care or just straight up lies. Two different senior staff members straight up lied. - Making this review because when I was waiting for a large withdrawal to be approved I came hear to check the trust pilot rating and was worried after I had seen how bad it was.I woke up the following morning and my withdrawal has been processed and was in my bank with some advice to maybe not deposit for a while and enjoy my withdrawal. I never leave reviews but felt like it was needed as it is a very legit website with a good UI and easy to use website.It seems like most of the bad reviews have come from upset people who have lost all their money on slots - maybe dont play slots.
