• The support is awful. Spent one hour without to get any solution. It disconnects very fast. Spoke to someone who was willing to help came another guy called John who didnt read the conversation and was asking and proposing things already discussed. • I won £1150 across 3 different games. I withdrew £800 and I got an email saying it was approved but the money never paid into my account. I withdrew £159 but no approval email came through for that one. £200 balance is left on the account. They booted me off my account with no access but I could tell something was up before that so I made sure to screenshot everything. They say they can decline payment for any reason. So they have said they won’t pay it due to a security check which they have no intention of completing. Their email function on their website doesn’t work and neither does the phone number so I will have to go straight to resolver to see if my money can be recovered.
