• Please do not bet with these - won 2300 and only allowed 840 of it so this will amount to around 720. I had deposited money and then was given a percentage back of my deposit money - I should have realised this wasnt a gift as such and then ended up winning and that is what Im allowed back.

SCAM

• Absolutely ridiculous site. To withdraw you have to send every detail of your life. Send in so many documents. Speak to numerous rude customer service representatives. Then they take out a fee for withdrawing the money. I withdrew £200 and got £150. It was an absolute ballache to get it and have had to cancel my card. Do NOT register. To get your winnings they demand so much paperwork to be printed off and demand photos of all your credit cards front and back with individual statements of use. This withdrawl was for € 1167 and I received the full amount My second withdrawl for €2400 however was declined and I was told I would receive €525 because this was 20x my deposit on which I had received a bonus also. When I questioned this and asked what my first deposit was to receive that withdrawl he told me €40. Now I’m no mathematician but 40x20 doesn’t equal €1167 !!! When i asked about this I was told they had made an “ exception “ to this withdrawl amount. They refused to let me speak to anyone in withdrawls. Basically if you are lucky once you might get your winnings however if you win again you’ll get the minimum they can get away with giving you.

• customer service is great one of the best in my eyes but they do add bonuses without consent but do remove them if you ask 2.they are false advertising slots that they do not have on there front page before sign up but when you are logged in you can see that the slots that are on offer are reduced to less that half the advertised which in my eyes is misleading the public 3. if you do get the bonus and uses it you can only use the bonus on betsoft games which they do not state in the terms. make sure if you are are first time depositor and you dont want the bonus ask them to also remove the free spins as i made that mistake but overall its an okay casino just the lack of games that put me off and the misleading.

As long as you play to the terms and conditions there shouldn’t be any problems. UK players are accepted they just haven’t updated their terms and conditions. Upon checking the terms and conditions it states that you cannot open an account if you’re from the U.K. and if you do deposit and play it’s at your own risk and will not be able to withdraw anything. • Good if you read the T&C first before playing and play to their rules. withdrawing is a long process but if you have played to the rules you will get it within about a week. I have had 2 withdrawals so far and only been a member of this site for about 4 weeks my second withdrawal was a big one I got a (no deposit) €35 bonus and luck was on my side after playing the 1400 wagering restriction I managed to withdraw €470 that was just from a 35 euro bonus so was very happy when they finally approved my withdrawal as I was convinced after reading the bad reviews I’d never get it.
