Massive Fraud Alert! Thieves!!!!
- This is without doubt the biggest scam of a site that I have ever experienced in my life . I opened account one week ago and lost ā¬350 . I donāt mind that thatās gambling and Iām hardened to it this past 20 years have lost loads more. The issue arose when I made a deposit yesterday for ā¬100. My first bet won on a dog race . Next bet I placed on a horse that won . No real fortune but account up to ā¬335 . What happens next beggars belief . Up shoots a thing to claim a ā¬20 free bet if I bet ā¬100 turnover . I politely leave the campaign as they call it campaigns not free bets in there offers part . Look at my account balance and ā¬330 is missing after placing no bets . ā¬5 left in my account . I politely go to live chat and ask the question where did my real money funds go too . They reply that they were forfeited as I left campaign offer . I went forward and back with help to say none of my money won was from free bets or campaigns it was from real money deposits and real money bet wins. They were very rude and said all money is forfeited if you leave a campaign that wasnāt signed up for. Iāve since emailed them awaiting reply . But will be objecting to the license commission to them operating a scam site like this . Basically stealing peoples deposits and any bets that win . Has to be the worse mistake Iāve ever made opening an account with these . I just really hope that no one opens an account with these again and they are shut down while whoever owns it gets jail time as they are basically robbing peoples money without them having to bet losers to do this . Massive fraud alert!

- Opened my acc without checking reviews here first. After I submitted my first withdrawal was a bit nervous and it was rejected due rollover. Contacted the support and finished it within a day.After that waited 4-5 days to be approved probably due xmas time and less staff working but whole process could be faster if they ask for acc verification once you open the acc.Instead you email their KYC team with docs needed (selfie with DL pic of the CC used for deposit etc). 2nd withdrawal was subject of 8% fee due being 2nd one within 30 days was not happy about it but should have read TOS I guess which no one does so prompt when depositing funds about rollover and fee would be nice.Funds were in my bank acc within 24h after being approved and processed by dreambet but whole experience would be much better if KYC process is done in a different way.Room for improvement for sure..UpdateTrying to close my acc for a week now..they only trying to keep you on offering shit bonuses but ignoring emails.

- I joined the company and had no issues depositing money it took a matter of seconds. I went to withdraw and I am still waiting 4 days later. The withdrawal is still in a status of pending for 4 days. I asked for an update on live chat several times but I am told oh it is with another team and we cannot contact them. They cannot give a estimated withdrawal timeline either. Find another company to join.

- Dreambet are a completely fg dodgy company and I canāt be clearer than that. There is NO option to close your account and they ignore all requests to do so. If this is you make sure you instruct your bank to refuse any requests from these for payment. You have been warned!!!

- Ive completed the welcome offer with them. Wagered bonus 10 times and deposit 5 times only to have all my winnings taken away with a very vauge email saying I suposedly broke terms and conditions. My account was already verified. Cassino who doesnt pay winnings!!! Scammers they took over 1300e from me!!!

- Avoid this company at all costs !! Please do not sign up with this company they are nothing short of thieves.. I started with them 9 days ago and I won 1700ā¬ off a 100ā¬ bet luckily this was on the first bet I ever placed with them because my withdrawal was rejected as they make you rollover your deposit 5x so if you had a bad loosing streak to begin it would cost you hundreds maybe thousands of betting to be able to take out your winnings .. anyways I rectified this and cleared the rollover requirement and I withdrew 1995ā¬ and I am still waiting on them to approve this which is now 5 nearly 6 days later .. the customer service is the worst I have ever seen and that is with no exaggeration they do not help one bit on live chat itās merely there to act like there doing something .. the support email replied to me 2 times in 6 days and Iāve sent in relevant verification info multiple times but they still wonāt approve my withdraw. They are now not allowing me to withdraw as I canāt send them a picture front and back of my card even though I used a Revolut virtual one time payment card designed by Revolut for online transactions to prevent card details being compromised but the support email wonāt listen .. I have send them selfies on request pictures front and back of my drivers license bank statements etc to prove itās my account but there not listening .. I will be contacting the gaming authority next in which they are governed in attempt to get whatās rightfully mine. Please please please read this review before signing up as I wish I did after I came here to see the reviews when I started experiencing difficulties with this site

- If I could I would give them 0 stars.From one day to the next they decided to close my account due to a business decision which I cant get further explained by their support team. Every time I contact their live support theres no help to be found and they just say that another team is handling the case. They say theres no guarantee that they will reopen my account.I had an ongoing bet of ā¬100 with a potential win of ā¬600 which I cant expect to get back since as mentioned they closed my account due to a business decision.Ive tried several times to contact them via email as their live support team advises every time because theyre completely useless. And even here I havent received any responseāabsolutely nothing.I dont feel cheated; I feel more like they are stealing from their customers when they suddenly decide to close someones account while they still have ongoing bets with money they deposited on the site.I wouldnt recommend this site to my worst enemy and I hope the owners and thieves behind this site lose everything they own and are dragged to court and locked up where they belong.SHAME SHAME SHAME.
